Great atmosphere here, very nice dining room. Awesome authentic options and they actually make things hot here! They didn’t have Thai basil this time due to a shortage, but we will be back! I had the green curry hot and it was the perfect nearly crying spice level (I am used to heat) with a nice coconut milk flavor (not too much)

Wish I could leave zero stars. The food is good but this restaurant cannot handle any sort of traffic. Placed an order last week via door dash and over an hour after the DELIVERY time it was cancelled. Placed a redemption order tonight for pickup, called the restaurant to confirm they could take the order, which they did. Order was placed at 5:15p and was supposed to be ready at 6:00p. Currently standing in the restaurant at 6:35p and the order is not ready. Incredibly frustrating. They should not accept takeout orders period. Unfortunately, I will never patron this business again.
Update: received my order at 6:40p and it was missing an item. I chose not to go back because it honestly wouldn’t be worth waiting for a refund or remake.

Ordered yellow curry chicken and pineapple fried rice online for pickup. Everything was delicious. I ordered medium spicy for the curry chicken…next time I’ll order mild . The owner handed me my order and processed my payment. She was amazingly friendly and warm. I definitely plan to return. The restaurant offers plenty of indoor seating and parking.
My only concern: I ordered online which directed me to the qmenu app. My charge for the pineapple rice was $2.00 more at pickup than quoted on the app.

I stopped in with my partner and two kids and we expected a straightforward meal, but the host/waiter was super distracted and walked away from our table while we were giving our order to answer the phone and didn’t come back for several minutes. Once we ordered we waited a fair amount of time, but then our food was cold and filled with eggs. We asked for vegan food and eggs wasn’t listed on the menu as an ingredient. The person was combative when we said we couldn’t eat it and that my kids are allergic to eggs. Don’t go here if you want good Thai food, reasonable service, or a good environment. 0/10

This place is delicious!! We got the Thai green curry, spring rolls, thai tea and salad. Wow it did not disappoint. The salad had a penutty sauce and it was to die for, fresh veggies and everything. The spring rolls had shrimp, lettuce and beets and it was delicious. So fresh!! The thai green curry was so good. rice was cooked perfectly and the curry was to die for. Our waiter was so nice! He made conversation and was smiling. To go customers were coming in and out and you can tell its a local favourite I highly recommend!! Parking was very easy to find. I will be back!

Terrible experience ordering food from this restaurant. Ordered online and received updates on the order and it was ready. Showed up to the restaurant and they tell me the order was cancelled because they were “too busy”. Asked why they did not inform me so we did not wait an hour and could have ordered from some place else. They said “sorry, but you can try again tomorrow”, HA! They were so busy with 3 diners in the restaurant, they probably did us a favor as I am confident the food was likely worse than their service.
Will never order from them again, many other better options in the future.

What a terrible experience! The atmosphere there is so heavy and negative that even my children felt it. The food was mediocre, and they took 35 minutes to serve two dishes, and we were the only ones there. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I didn’t leave a tip because the service was awful, and the woman who served us came running after us, angry, saying we had to clean the table ourselves! This experience there was traumatic.

The taste of the food was pretty good and I’ve been to Thailand 15/20 times. I would say the portions were on the more petite side. We decided to dine in and it was awkward from the decorations to the staff. We might go again but we are not going to eat inside!

Soooooo good, my boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and we’ve already been back twice! Absolutely delicious food, great service, and they’re super good with dietary restrictions (boyfriend is allergic to nuts).

I haven’t been here in years. Was visiting Richmond for 2 days and looking forward to going all day. Went there with my God mother and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I will never go back there! The older man serving was very rude and after waiting and waiting and waiting he brought our food in take out bags! AND IF THAT WASN’T BAD ENOUGH THE ORDER WAS WRONG!!!!!!! When we got there we were the only ones there. He had NO EXCUSE. Unbelievable!!!!
