Nice ambiance and service was great. It wasn’t busy when I was here and the waiter and hostess were always present and helpful. There looked to be plenty of things on the menu to come back and try. Have eaten at Ruan Thai many times for lunch and dinner. Food is always delicious and served in eye pleasing way. Pad thai is the best I have had anywhere, not just in Tuscaloosa. Curries are also very tasty and in distinct pleasing variations. Servers are consistently courteous and attentive in my experience. Great place to run into people you know from town and gown.

Absolutely phenomenal food and service. My girlfriend and I had been eyeing them for a while, decided to finally give them a shot. Woman on the phone was very helpful and kind, the young man who met us at the door was funny and friendly, and of course the food was incredible. Pad Kee Mao and Pad See You were both seasoned and prepared beautifully, we’ll definitely be making a return soon. Thanks so much Ruan Thai!
