The place is like a hidden gem located right off of Washington Blvd. The place is large and very vibrant. ( I especially love the skull shape toilet). Great place for happy hour. Local favorite R&R continues to roll out delicious tex-mex favorites. Tucked away slightly off of rt. 1, R&R has a wide menu and gives you the flexibility to customize or mix and match tacos. The service was good for having just one waitress on a friday night. The food was good, a little sloppy but tasty. They have a happy hour from 4-6 pm as well for delicious margs.

The food here was absolutely incredible. Totally authentic and made from scratch. The chips came out hot and fresh to go along with chips and salsa. I had a flauta which was perfectly presented and cooked to perfection.
Staff is friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Margaritas were big and plentiful and a good price.
Decor is lovely. They have big screen TVs throughout. Murals that were hand painted on the wall truly authentic.
I have totally enjoyed my experience here and will be back regularly.

We were so happy when it finally opened back up in Elkridge. The food is fabulous. Since it just opened, we went twice in a row and planning to go back to try their breakfast menu. The service was great but our server had a hard time with English and it was difficult to communicate but we managed. He was very nice and sweet though. The seating was not comfortable especially the bench. And I don’t like that all the tables are glass and you can see through it. Anyhow, still love the place and plan to go back at least once a week

We came here late afternoon. Joshua was our server and our bartender was Paula. We had great service, and a great time/experience dining in. Can’t wait for the restaurant to have a grand opening, would love to see some weekly specials and events at this amazing venue! Loved the lighting and the pictures in the restaurant!!

I don’t know why but I hated everything I got. I could barely eat any of it, it made me feel sick to try and finish anything. Even when I brought it back home and tried to add some seasoning it just barely helped.
It makes me sad, because it’s a really nice place, love the interior and the open concept design. The service was fast and the server was nice. So that’s why I gave it an extra star, otherwise I wouldn’t come back.

I got the fajitas and they were DELICIOUS. Seasoned beautifully. We also got a steak taco and chicken taco but didn’t like how they tasted as much. Will be back to try more menu items and order a drink

This place is amazing! We have gone twice already since they opened last week and both times were phenomenal. We got various tacos and a chicken huarache, which both were to die for. We also tried the pupusas which were very flavorful too. They really know how to make great food here. The wait staff seems a bit new to waiting tables and could use some work with interacting with guests, but overall it is still a 10/10 experience. The booths are a little uncomfortable too. Either way, the food is delicious. I can say for sure we will be regulars here. The murals on the walls are absolutely stunning as well. We love this place!

I really can’t get over how cool the art is in this place. The interior is colorful, beautiful and bold. The chicken fajitas I got were a really good portion size and came with ample sides. Couldn’t finish it, but I will tonight ;). Our server was attentive and checked on us throughout the meal appropriately.
One whole wall of the restaurant is made to be completely open on days when the weather is good so patrons can enjoy the outside while still being sheltered. With the giant TVs at the walk up bar, it’s easy to envision this place as a bustling hangout.

This place rocks. Eating here is to be surrounded by an explosion of color. Art, sculptures, lights, and sound. The menu has it all if you love Mexican food. I had the Carne Asada California Burrito and fries. Try it. Also, have a cocktail or two. Why not?! Bring your friends and have a great time
