I don’t know what is happening to R&R but they have gone down hill so fast. We spent over $60 on pizzas and when we got home we saw we got the wrong pizza, missing a topping on another pizza and the pizza that was completely wrong looked like they dropped the pizza or box, the slices were over lapping and to top it off the the dough wasn’t even cooked. It was limp and we had to recook them. To bad there isn’t a borros pizza out here!

Normally we really enjoy this buffet. But lately the pizzas are coming out undercooked and today the pizza dough was almost raw. I’m not sure why this place is declining so rapidly. We usually come at least once a week. But if it doesn’t turn around soon, we won’t be back. And people let their kids run around screaming and causing a huge disturbance to others. But employees do nothing.

The pizza here is outstanding — truly some of the best in town. However, the wait times are consistently excessive. This evening, I placed an order at 4:30 p.m. for a 6:45 pickup, yet my pizzas weren’t ready until 7:40. Unfortunately, this has happened several times before. I had hoped that ordering well in advance would solve the issue, but it didn’t.
The buffet experience has also been disappointing. With a full restaurant of guests, only one pizza is brought out every 15 minutes, and it’s gone within seconds. It leaves most customers waiting and frustrated.
It’s unfortunate because the quality of the food is exceptional. If the restaurant could improve its efficiency and better manage its dine-in and takeout orders, it would easily be the top pizza spot in town.

Said it was going to be a 20 minute wait, end up waiting 45 – 1 hour. Got a medium pizza and an order of breadsticks. Two people had gotten their food before us that had walked in after us. The pizza was good but the breadsticks on the other hand. The breadsticks were disgusting, got them and more than half of them were raw. The workers in the back were also so loud while we were waiting for our food. Very dissapointed.

Ordered pizza on my way back in town from vacation. Was easily able to get through on the phone, on other occasions I usually get put on hold or it takes a fee times to get through. Pizza was delicious .

Update I went today there was a guy with a beard who was working I just asked him a question a few times completely ignored me like what? I was just asking if there was any possibility of them putting out a bacon pizza just looked at me turned around without answering could have at least responded no instead of doing that…
Update next time I went they served bacon pizza so I do forgive it was good
