I went here for the first time yesterday with my dad, uncle and grandpa and one son of mine. When u walk in the smell of the smoked meats is very well received. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place is well done. It has a lot of windows of the natural lighting of the place is nice. When I ordered food im gluten sensitive so when I order the caveman burger I asked for a lettuce wrap. They agreed to this amd even made sure that I didnt get cross contamination in my other food. I was very appreciative of that fact. All the food we ordered that day was delicious. The smoked turkey, pulled pork, prime rib, was very delicious. The ribs where ok, but barley had any meat and a lot of fat and grissel. So if they could find a way to get better rib meat that would make all the food the best. My son had Mac and cheese and hush puppies. He loved the Mac, but the hush puppies had jalapeños in them and we didnt know and he said it was hot. So they should say that to people that they are a little spicy. The customer service was very good. They asked us many times about our food to make sure everything was good and to our liking. The cook even made sure that we know when the beans where going to be done. And changed our side because the beans would take long to cook. So we very much appreciative of thier respect they showed us. The bathrooms where very clean and so where the tables. Overall, the experience and food where very good and so I would recommend this place for anyone who like BBQ, or smoked meats. Im definitely going back because there are things I have yet to try.

Absolutely love this place! Great value and variety. Pork tacos and the Cobb salad are my favorites! Had the 1/2 salad with pork today! With some sweet tea! Excellent as usual. Staff is always pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Was absolutely delicious!!!!! Went there and was greeted by the most spectacular employee ever. Miriam was by far the highlight of my day. She was so kind and so helpful with giving me recommendations on what to eat. What a beautiful girl with a wonderful personality and I am so glad I chose to eat here today, I left feeling big back in the best way possible. The food is a great price for what you get as well. Thank you so soooo much. A well deserved five stars ✨✨

FOOD was great! SERVICE was the best thing I’ve ever experienced. Atmosphere was chefs kiss. By far the best service I’ve ever seen. My spouse and I were over the by the Villahe a few days and decided to try this place. I mainly use Apple pay and didn’t have my physical card so I placed an online order and we walked in to dine inside. I had just placed the order and explained I knew I was early but within two minutes we had our meals and drinks. The food was amazing. I did the Rib Tips deal and I couldn’t believe the amount of meat I got. I loved the flavor and portion sizes. Will definitely be back

I really liked this place. But hard to know whether it will be worth coming back here.
The fries came out burnt, to the point they shouldn’t have come out at all. You can’t tell 100% in the photos but they were all kinda black. I tried them anyways cause I like to be easy to please, but we had to go ask for a new batch. They replaced those quickly. The next ones were better, even though if you were still burnt.
The bun of the pulled pork sandwich was quite moist like it was almost wet. Not just from the meat, but on top of the bun as well.
The nachos have been my favorite in the past. The chips are extremely good and I really like them still. But we paid the extra dollar to get brisket and it came out with stringy pink meat that looked just like pulled pork. When we asked them about it, they told us that it was the brisket. It tasted like the pulled pork in the sandwich. And that’s really not what brisket should look like. Honestly I hate complaining, and asking the staff to correct anything so we just took it. The nacho cheese was room temp…so honestly just not great for the price of the food.
If all of it was made correctly I would go back in a heart beat. Just not sure if I’ll try this location again.

Delivery not so great.
Want to start by preferential I ordered off Uber Eats. Ordered the 3 meat meal, I ordered 3 meats – Pulled Pork, Brisket ($3 extra) and ribs. 1 side of Mashed Potatoes & Dinner Roll.
The packaging was pretty bad. Plastic carry box that seemed to be used to serve in-house inside a normal plastic bag. This caused almost everything to be cold. An easy fix would’ve just been a better catering packaging, such as Styrofoam or a taped cardboard/thermal bag. The meal alone is $28 WITH discounts, without it would’ve been around $36+ which would not be worth it.
The brisket was unfortunately very dry, ordered around dinnertime so it shouldn’t have been older meat. Lacked flavor, needed the sauce to enjoy.
Ribs are the best part, and probably the only one Id order again. Would taste even better if it wasn’t cold.

While my family enjoys eating here, unfortunately some of the staff are not as friendly to deal with. We decided to stay away from this specific location because of the unprofessional employees. Tonight after staying away for 4/5 months, my family and I decided to try again. Bad idea. While the cashier started with a good attitude, her personality quickly turned 180 when I gave her my order with a substitution I always have been able to order with no issue. Apparently to her it was an issue, since I had to explain ive always been able to order with a different meat, and she asked if I was sure? I even kept my cool and talked very calmly to her. Mean while there was another guest in there who chewed out one of the other employees for cold food. Unfortunately the cashiers attitude didnt stop there. While waiting for our food, she kept side eyeing my husband and I and talking very low to the gentlemen next to her as she was prepping our food. Her unprofessiol behavior was very noticeable and quite honestly very disturbing and disgusting. It seems like the training there is not the best when it comes to customer service. However the young lady who did package our food into the to go bag, was quite nice, and when we pointed out 2 items were missing she happily and quickly got them with no issue at all. As she handed us the bag I told her thanked her for being nice. Walking away my husband and I both agreed we are done ordering from this location. Would love for corporate to watch their locations cameras just to see how bad it can be in there. No wonder their ratings at this location have dropped quickly.

I have never come here and got disappointed. For some reason R&R isn’t top of mind when we think of places to eat but it really should be. It’s delicious, the servings are generous, the menu is big but not overwhelming, their specials really are special and their meat is soft and smoky. The staff are soo well trained, pleasant and very courteous. The place is always immaculate, and we barely have any wait time! For celiacs, this restaurant is also very safe! They are knowledgeable about gluten-free, and my hubby has never been cross contaminated. The prices are also very competitive and you are full and satisfied every time. Get the loaded baked potatoes with brisket. the pineapple pulled pork sandwich, and the pulled pork Tacos! Don’t forget the peach cobbler!
