If you live in the Bay Area and want a real deal Italian Beef sandwich, this the place. The owner lived in Chicago and worked at an Italian Beef place. All the spices and peppers are from Chicago. Food is amazing. Atmosphere is super chill.

Can’t believe this is my first time eating here. The brisket sandwich was stacked with meat and the flavor was delicious. The fried mac & cheese balls were spectacular!

We had been dying to come here and the overwhelmingly amount of positive reviews nearly guaranteed a delicious dog, but we were so underwhelmed. Got the Junk Yard Dog, some garlic fries, and the Mac balls. The dog lacked flavor despite being covered in all the fixings and not one strand of cheese melted, like it was dairy free or something… The kraut was bland, the bun wasn’t toasted.. the garlic fries were good and the Mac balls were what you’d expect.
We’re going to try again and go with a sandwich next time.

This place is legit as it comes. Born and raised in Chicago. It’s like I walked back into the 80s. Irving’s, Portillo’s, and now Roy’s in Petaluma!
The Vienna beef jumbo dog was 100% on point, including with authentic sport peppers. For those of you that know what a Chicago dog is supposed to taste like, you’ll be transported back to the Windy City. Can’t wait to try their Italian beef next time. Nice folks and a cute vibe too.

We stumbled across this place driving down the road. So happy we stopped. Great food and the owner is a really fun guy to meet. We had the Chicago Dog and the Chicago Beef & Sausage Sandwich both were amazing! Very knowledgeable chef, I love to share my homemade Cowboy Candy hot peppers with people that appreciate sweet, and spicy hot. Wish we lived closer.

Wow, what great people! The friendly greeting and awesome service is complimented with some really, really good BBQ and dogs! Great menu, great food. The chocolate malt is amazing, a perfect dip for the crisp hot crinkle cut French fries. Great dogs, and again, great service. Thank you Sara for making our fist time in the first of many. I can’t wait to bring friends a family here!

The brisket was cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and the sauce has a unique depth of flavor. The ribs were very nicely cooked as well. The Italian sandwich was good, but the brisket was the standout for me

Food was great but the only thing that made me really sad was there was a cook there that kept talking of politics, especially about Charlie Clark today around 130 pm on 1-23-26 he was sitting with a blonde lady that was wearing a white jacket and he was wearing a blue and red baseball cap or some kind of hat his name was Chris He would not stop talking politics and as more people of color came in he talked louder about it and kept looking at my wife and me. I came in here to try something for my wife’s childhood. Not listen to somebody’s opinion about the world. Not very happy I make a lot of money DJing and I thought I would take my wife out here. Never returning again unless I want to hear about politics. Very disappointed

Haven’t been here for too long. Won’t wait to go back. Food was delicious! Choices are daunting! Italian sausage and meat was spectacular! Even the Cole slaw has a bite! “Roy” does a great job at providing great fare and some killer entertainment. It’s like a meal and a floor show. BTW, don’t ask if he has any P Diddy in his play list!!

My son and I were in the area looking for some BBQ. We were a bit late as they sell out early apparently. Though there was still a little brisket left! So I had them throw it on their Bleu cheese pesto fries. BEST. DECISION. EVER. My son had a chili dog and was very pleased. Picture says it all!
