For a great small town BBQ sandwich, you gotta go and try Roy’s! The tastiest, zestiest mouth watering pulled pork and slaw sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Great prices too! Check it out, I can’t go through Milan without stopping! I’ve turned several other crew members on to Roy’s, and they love’em too! Yee-haw!

Where’s the beef?
I stopped by to try the old school burger joint for the first time, hoping it was the hidden gem others had described. Unfortunately, it was more reminiscent of the old Wendy’s “Where’s the beef?” commercial.
I got a few sliders for myself and my family, and I arrived home to discover an unpleasant surprise. The burger portion of the sliders was minuscule… not much bigger than the pickles and hardly big enough to qualify as a slider. Disappointing to say the least—and I regret leaving an almost 50% tip, trusting that it would be well-earned. I’m glad to see that others have had better experiences. As for me, I’m crossing Roy’s off the list of places I’d visit again.

I stopped in on my way from Columbus ohio going back home to Marshall when a Restaurant search led me to this little gem Great food, great service, decent prices.
I’m sure there’s something for everyone here.
I’ll definitely stop through to try other items from the menu.

If you happen to be in the beautiful little town of Milan, Michigan, this is a must stop if you love good burgers and sliders and chili dogs and hot ham and cheese on Texas toast and homemade chili and homemade chicken and dumplings and just overall just that good greasy scrumptious goodness this is a must stop! I have spread the word since first having Roy’s about 2 months ago. Since obtaining a job in the Milan area, I frequent in at least two times in my 5-day work week and I am never disappointed! Roy’s BBQ and burgers gets five stars plus for this guy!

Roy’s Burger place is the place to Eat!
All the food was cooked fresh and fast. Got the 1lb of meat Bubba Burger and was not disappointed. Also got 5 Pack Everything with cheese. 5 of those sliders is equal to 1/2 lb of beef. With Tater wedges on the side.
I highly recommend the Carolina style BBQ sauce with Everything! Could not get enough.
The service was attentive, helpful, and great service.

This unprepossessing burger joint in a small town is something of a hidden gem. Their burger is a smashburger that seems to be made of onsite ground beef. The pulled pork sandwich is actually a chopped pork with coleslaw and their barbeque sauce. The sauce is not a sweet sauce at all, nor is it mustard, it tastes like a vinegar based sauce but it is so heavily spiced that the spices make it thick. Their sides are large portions, and they are very large. The coney dog is a skinless hot dog with a wonderful chili sauce, diced white onion and yellow mustard. The chili sauce is a cut above, the dog is nothing special, but altogether it is a great hot dog.
The biggest thing here is the price! Their “slider” is the size of a McDonald’s burger and you can get 5 of them for $7! Their normal portion of wedge fries is large and is $2, a “family basket” $6.25 and is an full fryer basket of lovely skin on wedge fries. Come try this place, it’s worth the trip.

foods great. flu season ,cooks assistant running cash register and handling food without washing her hands at all. took money from at least 25 different people, then handled the food while i was there, no hand sanitizer or washing in between.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is okay. I’ve enjoyed eating here for so many years, but the past two times the owner has come across quite rude, which was disappointing. Service to me is very important.
