I can’t say enough about this establishment. This is by far the best food anywhere. Everything is fresh and absolutely delicious. We had the Ruben pizza and the Verona pizza. The sourdough crust is amazing and crispy. Quality meats and toppings. Lots of flavor. You can hear the crunch of the crust while they slice it. I can see why they were voted best pizza since they have been open. The desserts were so light, flaky, and packed with flavor. You can see the kitchen from the dining area. Everything was immaculately clean in the whole shop. I believe it was the owner who served us. Very pleasant person. It is good to see someone who really cares about putting out a quality product. He really takes pride in the foods he offers. I highly recommend you try them. However, be prepared to be spoiled. You won’t find this food anywhere else.

Wow! The best pizza and bakery we have had in a long time! The crust, sauce and toppings were amazing. The pizzas were bigger than what we thought and the price was excellent. You get more than you moneys worth! The owner was very kind and helpful. I’m so glad we have leftovers 🙂 We will be back next time we are in town!

Everything is fresh and made from scratch.
I ordered a cheese pizza with lite sauce. Absolutely Delicious!!! Just enough sauce to make the cheese, olive oil, and oregano shine.
It was my first time visiting the cafe. Tony, the owner, was so very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. He brought out a very tasty special Manchego cheese for us to try while we waited for our pizza. So very good…
Tony is an absolute delight. I could listen to him talk forever about his food and tasty creations.
I’m excited to see any new future items on the menu, as well.
I’ll definitely be back!

We drove 30 minutes to order some pizzas.
WORTH. EVERY. MINUTE.
Since we didn’t know what to expect, we ordered once we got there and we were told it would be about 45 min wait.
That 45 min wait was actually 30 minutes, and it went by rather quickly, as we sipped on a Cherry Coke.
The smell in RoyalsMollete is phenomenal.
You can totally tell they use fresh oregano.
When we got home, we opened our boxes, and we’re in awe.
Their sourdough crust is out of this world. The perfect amount of crunchy on outside, and chewy / airy / fluffy on the inside.
I should mention they are not shy with the toppings, and whatever kind of pepperoni they use, is awesome. While it is sliced thin, for the amount you get, along with the cheese, the pizza was not puddled with grease at all.
Thank you Royals Mollete for providing the pizza we have been craving and searching for, for over a year!

First time trying this place. Didn’t have any idea what to get, but we ended up getting a garlic beef, garlic soup, and a donut. The garlic beef was excellent. The bread and aioli really make this an exceptional sandwich. The garlic soup is very warming and isn’t as strong as you might think garlic soup would be. The donut had some weight, but light and airy at the same time. Fast, friendly service and they got the food out pretty quickly.
Went back the next day and noticed that they will have pizza soon. I saw some on display and they looked good.

I watched the guy who does the food reviews in the are, I believe he goes by Chow , so I drove from Southgate to Monroe to try this pizza and I will tell you the Sourdough pizza with parmigiana in the dough was amazing, so we also got some blueberry cheesecake and can’t wait to eat it.

Forgot to take a picture of the pepperoni pizza, but it was so so good. The cheesy bread was delicious too.
These guys were so polite and nice. If you’re in Monroe or coming to Detroit eat here. Prices are very affordable.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. We drove about an hour and a half for this place and it’s worth double that drive, and reasonable prices too. Owner clearly loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the pizza. Go here before you even consider Chicago style even, I’ve had a few places there and this place beats them all.
