There aren’t many places left to get buffet style Sunday brunch. The Queen Mary offers a great spread. The atmosphere is nice as well. (Live jazz music) there are multiple stations to choose from. Take a walk around and set up a plan of attack. Recommend small tasting plates cause you don’t want to miss out on the variety. Everything is pretty much fire. They also have a carving station which is rare these days. Bottomless mimosas as well. Definitely a don’t miss.

First time here since 2017 pre Covid. Everything is good. All food is freshly made and quickly changed. The portions on the tables are small to keep replenishing fresh food. The pastas are good and they have a cheese wheel where the make the tortellini.
They have roast beef and brisket which taste amazing. The assortment is very large. Not as large as 2017 but it’s all good food
Customer service is great. Everyone is nice and they replenish all drinks right away. Coffee and mimosas are endless.
Parking is free once it’s validated at the buffet. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We concluded that this would’ve been a better experience if it were about half the price, and without the live singers. The live band was great. As a gig singer myself, the trio wasn’t really performing or having fun, no banter, awkward, and their mics were too loud. The singer in the speakeasy was awesome. The food was good, but if I had even stuffed my face for 2 full hours, I still don’t think the food would’ve been worth $110 with tip. Overall the queen Mary was beautiful. It was also a very nickel and dime-y experience. I don’t think we should’ve had to pay for parking as hotel guests and I think the guided tours should’ve been free or discounted. One concierge said if I went upstairs I could get the tickets half off, and the girl upstairs ended up concluding they were $2 more than the original price even and wouldn’t budge, and wouldn’t let us join the tour that started a literal minute and a half prior. Some of the workers were just not about giving people a good experience.

The food is horrible. Any restaurant serving this food would be out of business. But it is the Queen Mary so you go for the history. Do Not go for the food. One example was the snow grab. Barely unfrozen. It had no taste and was impossible to eat as the meat would not come out of the shell. It’s really a weird because it would be so easy to scale up the food.

The food was, unfortunately, some of the worst I’ve ever had. I tried several different options from the buffet and nearly everything tasted bad—even the fruit. Much of the food seemed stale and/or cold, which was very disappointing.
The only thing I truly enjoyed was the coffee.
My husband and I were especially shocked when we received the bill for $250, which felt completely unreasonable given the quality of the food. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good, it simply didn’t make up for the poor food quality.
Sadly, I would not recommend this place and would advise others not to spend their money here.
