Most expensive trash I’ve paid for in a while.
Very slow service.

You need reservations for the hibachi tables if not wait time is over an hour(understandable). Nevertheless we decided to sit at the regular service, we waited for over an hour for our food to be served.

It seems as if there are 2 chefs and the hibachi tables take priority over the other tables in the restaurant. The other guests that are not sitting at hibachi tables have to wait for those two chefs to finish their show & then go back to the kitchen & finish cooking for everyone else.

When the food eventually came out the rice was very dry & lacked flavor. The steak was not cook to our liking – we asked for well done, it came out medium. The salmon, chicken & veggies on the other hand taste ok.
The wine was also flat.
Dinner was $152 USD & no one liked their meal.

Overall very disappointing experience.

Not bad, but too expensive to what you get.

Teppanyaki was not good, California special sushi roll was the best dish we ordered.

It was mid-grade food. They serve different meats with Teppan, and none of them seem very fresh. My steak was thin, and I asked for it medium rare, but it came out well done. The service was just okay. If it’s busy, food takes a long time. I stayed at the hotel for 30 days and the best thing on the menu is the Gomoku soup…

Professional, elegant, delicious, entertaining. One of the best places to dine, have a good conversation while being entertained by a talented chief who prepares fresh food.

Pros: Excellent ambiance and spacious restaurant located in the Princess Ramada Hotel.

– The waiter was very polite and she offered some great advice.

– The cook was delightful and did some of his cooking on the grill in front of me. The fire was a sight to behold and it was amazing seeing his hands holding his spatula and spinning it around his hand.

Cons: The food was not the best tasting but it was okay.

The parking lot though spacious was very rough and the terrain was difficult for ladies to navigate with heels.

All in all a good place to visit with friends and check out.

Absolutely not.

The hibachi style food like fried rice was not bad. The skewers for chicken karage were done teriyaki style.

The sushi on the other hand was by far the worst. Inedible by any standards. Ordered two rolls and sent more than half of both back. It looked fine, but I’m not sure what happened inside the roll. Could not steer away from this restaurant enough. Poolside is much better for a bite. Be warned.

I spoke with a waiter about the food over at New Thriving Chinese restaurant since I staying in a hotel and she said it was unclean. So I ate at Royal outside and the food wasn’t impressive. The quantity wasn’t what I expected for the price. Then she wanted to overcharge me for food I didn’t receive. We still end paying twice as much for the food.

Nice restaurant, prompt service. Place was clean and atmosphere was great. Main issue was the food was very expensive for the quality and quantity of food we received. In my opinion Marriott has much better food for the same price.

Services very bad . We were waiting over 20 minutes to have a waitress come to serve us. The place had only 4 tables with people. Nice place but very bad service
