Love Indian food and have been to many Indian restaurants over the years, but I’ve never had such district, flavorful and fresh delicious food like I had here. Absolutely amazing food! Very good weekend buffet! Everything was hot and fresh! There was no naan on the buffet because they bring you your own basket of freshly baked naan, which was very nice! Now that 5th Element nosedived in quality, Royal Rosai is the best Indian buffet near me, and I will definitely be back for more!

This Indian cuisine buffet is so good it feels like you’re dining in heaven. The dishes are incredibly flavorful and fresh, and the service is generous and genuinely kind—far exceeding expectations. The bread (naan) is a killer, especially when it’s served hot right to your table instead of sitting in a metal bowl. It’s clearly a premium Indian buffet, though I do wish the price were a few dollars lower. I’ve been living in Lake Mary for two years and can’t believe I’m just discovering this place now. Easily 6 stars.

The buffet was fantastic. A cornucopia of dishes designed to excite and challenge the palate. You can’t eat everything, you will enjoy the journey if you try. I forgot to take a picture of my plate becausemy mango drink took me away. Our plates were colorful and tantalizing for the eyes, nose and tongue.

I tried their buffet. $16 per person buffet was satisfying. Goat biriyani was awesome. Chicken curry great. Chicken tandoori good. Ras Malai was great as well. Overall great experience. Old 90’s Bollywood Music was added positive.

Lunch buffet options were great, some where a little too spicy for my family’s taste, but they offered to make a very mild dish when we mentioned the food from the buffet was too spicy for our daughter. Disappointing Experience at Royal Rasoi Indian Cuisine due to food poisoning.
I recently visited Royal Rasoi Indian Cuisine for their lunch buffet, drawn in by the glowing Google reviews and the promise of a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is conveniently open until 3 p.m. for lunch, with a brief break before dinner service.
When we arrived, the parking lot was packed, but the restaurant itself was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to be seated immediately. The atmosphere was clean, and the staff was friendly, offering us drinks right away. One thing to note: sodas are served in cans with no refills, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Our meal began with complimentary naan bread, which was warm and buttery—a promising start. The buffet offered a broad selection of dishes, and I was excited to try a bit of everything. The salad bar included a sweet mango dish that I enjoyed, and the hot buffet featured lamb, chicken fried rice, butter chicken, and a unique butter chicken tofu dish with sautéed green bell peppers and onions. Most of the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, though the chicken kebabs were a bit dry from sitting out.
The owner was hospitable, even bringing out a homemade spicy green sauce that was packed with flavor. It was clear that a lot of care went into the food, and we found ourselves eating more than we probably should have because everything tasted so good.
However, our experience took a drastic turn once we got home. Both my husband and I became severely ill, and it was clear that we had gotten food poisoning. We spent the rest of the day in separate bathrooms, our bodies desperately trying to get rid of everything we had eaten. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience that overshadowed the meal itself.
While the food at Royal Rasoi tasted great at the time, the aftermath was something we wouldn’t wish on anyone. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Ordered take-out as it’s hard to dine out with a small kid sometimes, but we try to not let that limit us on food options. This was our first time trying this place and we loved it! There was a mishap with our gift-card but the customer service here was great and they were very helpful. The meat dishes we ordered (lamb korma, chili chicken) were very tender, juicy, flavorful, and generous portions! The paneer pakoras had a wonderful consistency and nice presentation even for take-out. Will definitely be telling friends and coworkers to come here for their Indian food fix.
