Ordered the the Tikka Masala and the Garlic Naan.

The staff is friendly and always accomodates towards my inquiries.

Overall the food was decent to say the least though I find the menu to be too confusing cause there’s a lot of options and the font is a bit unreadable and it’s a bit overwhelming for someone who’s going to an indian restaurant for the first time.

They got a free Wifi though so thatcs a plus and well clean tables and sofas

The food overall wasn’t bad, but there were a couple of letdowns. I found a few bones in my butter chicken curry, which took away from the experience. The garlic cheese naan was also a disappointment—it didn’t seem to have any cheese at all.

I found this place only by searching for Indian restaurants, otherwise there’s really not much to point you in their direction. They don’t advertise much at all, and they’re tucked away in the TL Shopping Plaza on Manila N Road. The nice thing is there’s a parking lot directly in front as an integral part of TL Plaza, and it’s free. Walking in to the Royal Place I noticed that I was the sole guest, I had my choice of seating. The place is exceptionally clean, quiet, and there’s Indian type music playing from the back. My waitresses were Filipina but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the proprietor is an Indian national. A few more guests arrived (it was a Friday, about 8:00pm) and for starters I ordered butter naan, raita, and black tea with sugar. If I had been in doubt then the quality and authenticity of the bread and raita stated that this was a true Indian restaurant. The menu is large and full of sub-continent dishes, with most having a detailed description. I ordered spicey Chicken Vindaloo (spelled Vindallo in the menu) and plain Basmati rice. Here’s where I must confess, the Vindaloo was far from good. It tasted like a cardboard paste, almost as if a powdered Vindaloo mix was slightly moistened with water. It was unwholesome tasting, at best. The Basmati was perfect. I decided not to question the staff about the main dish and instead hit on a plan to come back and try the Biryani and a few curries next time. I have a suspicion there had been a mistake made, better to let it slide and find out the real quality of this venue at a later time. I’ll be writing about that soon so check back for my update.

The food is very authentic Indian cuisine. I love all the food we ordered specifically the cheese garlic naan. Try their butter chicken very rich in flavor. The ambiance is very relaxing and the place has nice space, food are good for sharing 2-3 persons each menu. Surely will comeback.

We ordered food for our lunch. The parking space is ok, the place is also clean and well-organized. The food as compared to other Indian cuisine in Pampanga, has a galant serving. But the taste as compared to the Indian restaurants in Malabanias, has a little kick compared to them. Out of the menu is the Pani Puri, which we ordered and I think a little pricey. The salad tastes decent and well, and the soup tastes good and flavorful. The chicken soup tasted good, the bread feels old and unwell though.

“Having tried Indian cuisine here in the Philippines, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn’t just a copycat version of the traditional flavors. It’s not simply Indian food transplanted, but rather a genuine culinary experience. A delightful find!”

nice clean indian restaurant the chicken masala and the butter chicken was too mild and too creamy for me not much taste the naan bread and samosa was good the byrani rice with vegetable was average ! the new waitress was friendly but could not answer any question but the chief waitress (maybe wife of the indian boss) was well trained and knew all about their food. i will go there again and try some other dishes hopefully with more indian taste.

The food here is ok. When one of the rice came, It had a hair in it and they immediately gave a new rice. I had the Dal and the other person with me had the Butter Chicken.

My new favorite. I don’t know why people aren’t flocking to this place. The location is refreshing. Not chaotic, no need to circle about to find parking. We had an intimate relaxing dinner, with great Indian food, then stepped out to board our car out front. Being vegan it’s challenging to find good quality food. I had many questions about the ingredients but the staff were accommodating. I wish I took pictures but the food looked and smelled great we couldn’t wait to dig in.
