My advice to people is don’t order from this place. On Tuesday I ordered a pizza online to be delivered, and it never came. And I am 100% sure I put in the right address and phone number. I know they didn’t come because I had my phone next to me for at least 2 hours and no call. I tried to get this resolved over the phone but to no satisfaction. They don’t speak or understand English very well. And this is not the first time I have run into an issue. On several occasions before, I was hung up on or kept on hold for so long I hung up myself. So as a last resort I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I received no pizza yet got billed on my card. Now I am out 35.00. That is not fair. I am done with Royal Pizza for good.

good pizza, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE tried their pizza once, we enjoyed it so we decided to order again. I didn’t have enough $$ on my card this time so I was gonna tip cash. got a call from them & they very rudely said they were not going to deliver my pizza because I did not put tip and I’m way too far (8 minutes) & that I need to pickup. shocked that they spoke so rudely I said “I can’t pickup but that’s fine, just cancel the order.” guy on the phone said “no . you do it” then said I need to pickup. I repeated that I cannot & to please just refund me the money. guy kept declining and arguing about a tip. my boyfriend got on the phone & the guy started arguing with him too! they refused to deliver & refused to refund. my boyfriend later went to the store & they started claiming they can’t refund & then said they don’t know how. after going back and forth they FINALLY initiated a refund & said we should receive it within 24 hours. very rude, very disrespectful, & unprofessional. the whole situation was uncalled for.

Poor service, I wish I could understand their terrible english, there wasn’t any menu on display unless I asked for one, takes too long when there was no one there when I 1st arrived there. Prices are fair, but placing their junk near the tables ruins the clean atmosphere.

Absolute disappointment I ordered eggplant parm guy told me on the phone it’s thin sliced I asked for no cheese gave me chopped up chunks of thickly chopped eggplant never again absolute disgrace them called asking to change food or for money back and guy was very rude and would not refund or offer more food 19$ for pasta w sauce and 5 chunks of eggplant smh

The food is decent,if you order using your card they make it seem like tipping is mandatory,last month told them i would tip driver personally they took 2.99 cent out of my card without my consent teported it to my bank thats deceptive business.
