This is a very fine restaurant sort of hidden in the town of Westview Pennsylvania. A women-owned restaurant with some of the best food that I’ve had recently. They have a multitude of different meals on their menu from several countries, including sushi. My first time here, and I was so impressed that I can’t wait to get back. The price I noted here was a bit high because we ordered quite a few things from the menu just to try them. Seaweed salad was abundant. That soup that is pictured was scrumptious. Google this restaurant to see the menu.

The joyful sounds coming from the kitchen right now are reflected in the wonderful Burmese food. The food reflects Myanmar’s location: north of Thailand, west of China, east of India, taking about the best of all of them. Service: fantastic. Atmosphere: Clean, friendly, much more than a storefront, also much closer to “jeans and a decent shirt” than dress-up, and their service, proper-volume Burmese music, and how friendly they are really “makes it”. Love this place, 5/5 recommend.

Simply incredible. Occasionally the five-point scale fails me as a reviewer. This delightful hole-in-the-wall commands 5++. Though a mix of different Asian menu selections, which are all good, the opportunity to taste and eat authentic cuisine of Myanmar is super special. Wonderful service. As in Asia, dishes come out when ready not in “order,” as we see from European influence.

So glad to have stumbled on this restaurant. Great service and excellent food. We ordered a wide assortment of dishes, and they were all wildly delicious. (The crispy yellow tofu salad and pickled mango pork were especially amazing, and we’ll definitely go back for them.) I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys South/Southeast Asian cuisines. It definitely won’t disappoint!

This is an old favorite of mine and my family that we would go to years ago. I’m so glad to see it’s still around.
We ordered N3, the beef noodles, and the chicken stir fry, and both tasted incredible. The noodles have a unique flavor that is so so good.
Highly recommended. I can’t wait to come back.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been too. If it says anything, this is my first time writing a review for a place, that’s how incredible this hidden Gem is! The food is immaculate, very flavorful, authentic and makes my mouth water just thinking about it The service is incredible top notch the waitress was so helpful and kind and she gave the best recommendation! I got the spicy basil chicken C8. and spicy roll w/ salmon. If you’re passing through Pittsburgh make sure to stop in West View and check out this place, you will be glad you did!

A FOODIE’S GEM OF AN OUTSTANDING AUTHENTIC BURMESE (Myanmar) CUISINE . It’s tucked away from the bustle and noise of Pittsburgh, well worth the very short drive north of the city.
The menu is mostly Burmese, with about five familiar Thai dishes. This feature allows a comparison of Burmese and Thai cooking.
***Whereas Thai tends to be sweet and hot (some places sweeten their food with sugar and overripe canned pineapple), Burmese cooking is NOT artificially sweetened but depends on the natural slight sweet taste of the vegetables.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Picked Tea Leaves Salad: Scrumptious textural well balanced vegetables with unique tea leaves. WOW!
Crispy Tofu: House made tofu, well seasoned, crispy on the outside, very soft silken n the inside.
Kone Baung (chicken or pork): Exquisite dish named after a royal Burmese dynasty. Stir fried vegetables, almost a dry sauté with a dash of soy-based sauce.
Spicy Basil Chicken or Pork or Beef (beef is best): Unsweetened contrast to its Thai cousin, dry sauté with vegetables in a lovely dash of sauce.
Nyat Khaukswe Kyaw Shrimp Noodles: Traditional Burmese flat rice noodles with vegetables.
Vegetable Curry: Very low light green curry, so very light that it can serve as soup… WOW… contrast to its thick Thai cousin.
Service is outstanding. On one occasion, the lovely cook/owner came around for a chat about Burmese culinary culture

Friendly and helpful staff and incredible food! Definitely try the tea leaf salad. Sushi was well prepared and fresh. My wife also really enjoyed the mohinga soup as well. Not sure how, but this place was empty on a Friday night at 7!
