We had a very good experience at Royal Moose Coffee Company in Middleburg, Florida. The cherry mocha frappe was smooth and pleasant, while the butter beer frappe tasted more like a butterscotch treat—still enjoyable. The extensive menu offers great food options, and the double drive-through is super convenient for busy mornings. Service was a bit slow and lacked enthusiasm, but not rude. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars—we’d return!

So cute!! Coffee is super duper smooth!! Service is so good and the people working are so nice! Rich as freak coffee. It was my first time coming here and I got the frozen cherry mocha, SO good!! The decor outside is so pretty too Prices are good for the quality!

I tried calling because I didn’t want to have to drive all the way back but this is my second time getting the wrong drink.
I ordered a holiday Chai and an egg nog Chai. Young lady repeats to confirm and says egg nog latte and I say no, a Chai. She says yea a Chai. I get home after grocery shopping to taste my drink and it’s egg nog latte. I do NOT like latte and I basically paid 7 $ for a drink I won’t drink.
I really love this place and my family as well. How ever. I may not come back if I have to keep wasting money to not get what I paid for.

Don’t go or go and regret. Over price, no quality ( yes it’s defferent for lot of people) they don’t know what is hot mean or rep is refuse to work so don’t care. Sad part is I paid them tip. Chai had a worse flavor.

They do not skimp on quality or quantity. So so delicious. Coffee is also some of the best in town with seasonal flavors. They do their checkout differently but you can always order and pay at the counter.

I like supporting small businesses over chains so I’ve come here 5 times since my in-laws moved to Orange Park. We’ve spent $50 every time we go since we usually buy coffee for 7 people.
Today, I mentioned that my mother-in-law’s order tasted bad and the staff refused to exchange it for another drink.
6 out of 7 drinks tasted great. It’s a little locally owned spot with outdoor seating and a nice view of the river.
That said, any place that values policy over customer satisfaction will lose my business 100% of the time.

I find it unbelievable that thy can’t make a cup of ice water but can charge $6 for a hot coffee that is room temperature within minute. I believe it’s wrong to not offer a complimentary water with the purchase of a pricey coffee. Especially in Florida. It may be “winter” now but I’ve had this issue here many times in the middle of the summer when it’s 100 degrees. Also every other time I go there I get a bad attitude from one of the employees. I only still will go here occasionally because it is so close to my house but I keep leaving I’m happy with my experience. But it’s not a pleasant experience. Maybe save money and don’t buy cute sticker for the cups and let people get a free water.

More than coffee. From breakfast items to desserts, shakes, hot chocolate and a large selection of latte’s and red bulls, this little taste of sunshine on a cold day makes the bad go away. The decor is stolen from the U.S. Rockies and displaced in the southeast where a change is sorely needed. Most people go through the drive through but there is parking, a covered seating area and a walk up window. Service could care about customers a bit more but everything else was great. I hope this place does well, the hot chocolate on a cold day was wonderful.
