We’ve experienced exactly how everyone described on-line about this place. We’ve had many Lobster sandwiches in the past in many different places but so far, this place is the best. For $55, it better be!…7 ounces of nothing but Lobster meat! On the other hand, we couldn’t say the same thing for the salad. They should put a little bit more lobster on the salad for $35. Other than that everything was good. We’ll definitely come back again.

I have to agree with the other reviews – the amount of food you get for the price is amazing. I’ve had a lot of lobster rolls in my day and this was one of the best ones – and the bisque is not one to skip! The coleslaw is bangin’ – unlimited coleslaw and chips? Chef kiss. 100/10 thanks Brian!

I ordered the 7 oz lobster roll and the value for money was crazy. And the best thing was the flavor and service is top notch. I think that’s the best lobster roll I ever had. And the server was lovely and welcoming.
I almost never enjoy eating lobster because I barely have enough before it finishes. Not the case here. You can eat until you are satisfied.

Right off the bat – I don’t like seafood. Well unless it’s a tuna sandwich or something, mainly because I’ve never found it filling and it costs too much. And here there lies the problem, you are paying for a premium price food for very little. And I guess coming from another sandwich shop last week – I expected the food to be warm, but these are cold sandwiches with minimal taste, they provide sauces to add on sure, but the sandwich itself is cooked very bland. Maybe if they provided more chips and more coleslaw I can recommend the place. But as is – it’s more of a one and done than a continue to go back kind of place. The service was impeccable though, kind, friendly, helpful.

Wow! Royal lobster was absolutely delicious. If you love, good quality Maine lobster you need to run there now! I got the 3.5 ounce on a brioche bun and it was absolutely delicious. It was served with chips and a really tasty coleslaw. After I finished it, I realize that I should’ve got the bigger size. A small location, but they pack a big punch!. Will definitely try again Yum!

The best lobster rolls! So much lobster. Great flavor. Perfectly satisfying with the chips, slaw and sauce. Ordered mine to go, and although the app said my food was ready for pick up, it took longer to prepare, so I had to wait about 15 mins more when I arrived. Not a big deal, they have outdoor seating and a small lot. Service was really friendly and a woman working there brought the food straight to my car. Whenever I have a craving for lobster, this is now the first place I’d go.
