I consider myself a casual connoisseur of American Chinese cuisine. Any time I travel out of town, eating at new Chinese food locations is a must, and typically a highlight of my travels whether business or pleasure. Royal Garden continues to hold its spot in my top 3 favorites for the simple, fundamental and absolutely crucial detail: the food is delicious. And I’ve even showed up near close and instead of getting slim picking at regular price, they asked what all I would norrnally get and cooked small batches of it all and brought it straight to my table. I drive a semi and stop at chinese buffets all over the country and generally the food is mediocre and quite often terrible but this place was absolutely amazing. I was a little disappointed at first because they didn’t have much of what I generally eat and not a huge amount of options but every single thing I tried was so delicious.
