If it were possible, I would leave a 0 rating. The service was very poor.
We came with a child to have a simple meal — just a slice of pizza and a piece of cake. The child was sitting calmly and playing. At one point, the child quietly took the disposable salt and sugar packets and placed them into a box without bothering anyone.
A brunette waitress approached and took them away from the child’s hands. The child immediately started crying. Overall, she was very inattentive and impatient — she kept rushing us the entire time. We were still eating, and she was already taking things off the table from right in front of us.
As a result, we left feeling upset.
Also, the pastries were not fresh — they tasted stale.
We had been regular customers and had spent more than one hundred dollars there. But after such treatment toward a child, we will not spend even a single dollar here again.

top 3 best hoagie i’ve ever had. The cold cuts were sliced super thin which is a very important detail most places skip over. The peppers were fantastic with the fresh balsamic glaze that they give you on the side. I also loved that i could get up and get stuff from the bakery while waiting for the food to arrive at the table.

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon in October for some treats while traveling. The bakery was recommended by a bartender in Raleigh, NC, who we met on a different trip and he was from Long Island.
The parking lot was full when we arrived. We parked around the corner on the street. The line to order was backed out to the door but it moved pretty fast.
There is a lot of baked goods here. Having never been here before we weren’t sure what to try so we got a few cookies, a couple mini cannolis and a slice of cake to go. I only got a picture of the cake but you can see the cookies in the pictures of the displays I posted.
Everything was excellent. The cookies were my favorite. The carrot cake had a bit of orange flavor to it which was surprising but I really enjoyed it. Nothing was overly sweetened either which was nice.
Staff were friendly and fast moving. Their bakery products are in high demand from what we saw and after tasting them we understand why.

We’ve been here twice this week it’s so good. Gigantic hero sandwiches and so many baked goods and treats it’s hard to wrap your head around. They also have a full pre-made counter with pizza, pasta, salads, olives etc. This is a premier deli and if you’re on the Island it’s a much-see restaurant.

MUST TRY!! We took the subway to the ferry and a 40 minute bus to try this restaurant and we weren’t disappointed! I can’t say better things about this establishment. First and foremost you must try the Fried Chicken Parm Sandwich 10/10.There was 6 of us and we were sat immediately, in and out within an hour. The owner was our waiter and he was excellent! Loved the atmosphere! Affordable, great portions, delicious and the best way to spend our first time in Staten Island ❤️

An adult woman should not be pulling seasoning packets out of a child’s hands. If it had been necessary, we would have paid for them — that would not have been a problem. What is their cost — five dollars? I doubt it’s even that much. But to pull them out of a child’s hands — I was shocked. I have never in my life seen such rudeness and such treatment toward a child. It was грубо and unprofessional.

My absolute favorite place to visit when I come to Staten Island! Strawberry Cheesecake, hands down the best! You will never, ever have cheesecake like this one again, nor you would want to eat another cheesecake after this one! You going to want to keeping coming back for more! I love how they have expanded, the cafe area is awesome! Just overall a great place! Always busy, always packed!

I’ve been coming here for years & firmly believe they have the best bagels on NYC. Their chocolate chip bagel in & of itself is so damn heavenly, you don’t even need to put cream Cheese on it. It’s chocolaty & soft all by itself.
They have a huge selection of breads & cakes to choose from. I tried the Olive bread which absolutely phenomenal. It’s soft & airy with s ton of olives stuffed inside of it. Got a cake from here for my birthday as well. Staff is friendly & they work fast like a well oiled machine.

Very impressed. Its been a while since I’ve been here (5-7yrs). But glad I tried it again. Food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasant, and service was great. Pizza was quite impressive, and their rice ball was very good. No need to get parmigiana imo as rice ball has cheese inside already. Parking is tough during high volume times but there is a lot across the street next to the bank you can utilize.
