If I could give 3.5 stars I would. I had vegetable soup, rice, and cashew shrimp. The food is good for casual dining. They were generous with the cashews and most places like this aren’t. The service was nice. I’m only in town for a few days but I would go back if I lived around here. My friend also liked it and rated it 3.5 stars.

I really wanted to like this place and give it 5 stars, but I can’t. The food alone would make it four stars, as it was decent but nothing spectacular. But the environment brings it down another star. The table was sticky, the atmosphere was dark, and it just didn’t seem super clean. The hallway to the bathroom was also blocked by a chair with a sign on it saying something like “no bathrooms available,” though I assume it didn’t apply to paying customers as the cashier let me go. The bathroom was also quite dirty looking, which was unpleasant to experience before sitting down to eat.

Never order togos here!! There is a better location in Irving that will not nickel and dime you. They have an up charge for chicken but only give you two extra pieces small might I add. The other location gives egg rolls and don’t charge extra to add vegetables to the order. This place is empty for a reason maybe if the services was better it would be better!!

Asked for peanuts , tried to upcharge , if the restaurant is EMPTY on a weekend is a couple peanuts you’re biggest worry?
Also no table service you have to pick up your own food , own utensils , get your own drink. Go to panda express for better food better experience

Royal Chopstix is a great place to eat. I usually do take out and it’s quick. Nice portion size. Friendly people. Great food. It’s not overpriced.

1st time to visit. Friendly owner. Quick service. Standard prices. Ordered the combo flat noodles. Flavor was nice. Noodles were stuck together though. Probably going to try the fried rice next time. Lots of customers.
