the chicken wings were dry. Also I even tried one that seemed to be frozen before. They just simply heated them but not entirely. Not sure about the other food but don’t order chicken wings with hot sauce. The hot sauce tasted weirdly sour.

Yeah, so I accidentally grabbed someone else’s order, which is fine first of all! I am okay with bringing the food back and getting mine if need be, especially since the food I had was still warm and I kept it closed. Yet, when I called, I feel whoever was on the other line was defensive with me, “Yeah, why did you do that?” I’m not good with confrontation, so I admit I got defensive myself and said something like, “I mean, you looked at me and didn’t stop me, so I presumed it was for me.” There wasn’t a receipt or anything on the bag I grabbed, but I should have checked inside anyway. The worker on the other line kept being defensive and said he called someone else and the names were completely different. Again, it’s fine, these things happen, but when he hung up on me, that wasn’t okay. I honestly thought I heard my name get called beforehand but there was a guy before me who grabbed the food and left. So, I’ve no idea if our orders got switched or I just grabbed someone else’s cause the only other customers there were two other people and they were doing their own thing at another table. They didn’t seem to get up whenever names got called either.
Also, my sister said she gave a 20 dollar bill and her order was like 8 dollars, I think, but she got a dollar bill back, and she had to talk to the same guy to get the correct money. I don’t know, the place is still good and I recommend eating there, but that exchange wasn’t really cool with me, especially being hung up on.
Update: Oh yeah, there was a hair in the food that I didn’t order, so there’s that.

I love Royal Chicken! I can have it days in a row and not be sick of it! Their best menu items have to be the mixed platter and the fried Oreos! The food is so inexpensive and great quality! Sometimes their wait times are a little excessive but my food is almost always fresh.

I had a good experience here. The staff was very nice and helpful. Not a fan of ordering on kiosks but they were pretty easy to use. The chicken kabob was tasty and not dried out. The rice was flavorful. Decent seating area. I would go back.

Today January 1st 2026, I did not liked the food. I always come here and I love the place, but today was horrible and I could find the taste, which I used to feel it. I even told the worker, that the food even is not the same as before. Maybe the owner was out vacationing and was given the responsibility to someone else.

I ordered the $18.99 royal platter (among other items) for pickup and upon returning home, my wife discovered there was no salad or sauces. All we had was dry chicken and rice. She called and although she was answered courteously, the only offer was to come in to pick it up (we live 25 minutes away) or to pick it up the next day. Understandably, errors can happen but this was not an adequate resolution for a customer. At a proper restaurant, I expect an unsatisfactory dish to be excluded from the bill.
We ate without the missing items and I deeply regret adding a tip.

I got a mixed platter which I ate too fast to take a picture so I took a photo of the fried oreos which are amazing! They do get packed on weeknights which is stressful on the employees. I mean packed! But come on a regular day or earlier customer service is so good. The employees are so nice and friendly! 10 out of 10 and the food is amazing. I’ll definitely be back here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to. This place it’s the best spot to eat around here! I’ve been a customer since they opened, and their consistency has been impressive. The salads are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavor is incredible. Highly recommend!
