The Roy’s in Gainesville could learn a lot from the operation of the Manchester facility. I only have the opportunity to eat @ Manchester maybe once a quarter, but it has always been a very positive experience – clean, good food, all of the equipment works and they don’t modify their hours on a whim, with no notice or explanation. Good job to whoever manages Manchester!

Their breakfast is excellent which is why me and my brother drive far to get their breakfast. Service is great as well. They always keep the facility clean. My only complaint is, I wish they had more locations like they did in the 90’s.

Customer service can be better it seems to cater to certain kind of people and kinda rude to Brown people. I ordered a chicken tender meal and chicken breast meal I was given the hardest biscuits and chicken in the window but the lady behind me I saw them pick threw the biscuits and chicken for her to find the right softness and best pieces for her. Didn’t like that but didn’t say anything by noticed the discrimination with that.. please treat everyone the same my money no different from anyone else.
