I’ve been coming here for probably 15 years updating my review. Most recently we bought eight piece family chicken and they specifically told us that we can’t use the fixing bar as it’s only for sandwiches… I guess that’ll be the last time I ever go back now. Why are they so petty?

I remember Roy Rogers use to be my favorite place to eat. They have gone downhill. The chicken was dry and they got my order wrong. The customer service was low . My tea was like sugar water. Y’all have to do better. Then they don’t even tell me my order was ready. To make it worse it was so hot in there
