Boy oh Boy do I have something to say about roxberry juice co. The immediate atmosphere, service, and food of this establishment from the moment i walked in was spectacular. The team members Taylor and Brooklyn (shoutout Whitney) were of the upmost help and made my experience pleasurable. Coming back here for more goodie smoothies in the future.

My daughter and I just got two bowls here. I usually love Roxberry but today it was not good.
We were immediately welcomed by a boy worker when we walked in, but then the girl that came to take our order didn’t acknowledge us. At all. I actually stood there and waited for her to finish looking at her phone/finishing a text so that I could order. Even once she looked up at me, she said nothing, it was very strange customer service. She also had her ear buds in, which isn’t professional. The final straw though and the reason for my review, was the moldy blueberries that were displayed on top of the bowl. She had to have seen it. Picture included. Spent $20 for disappointment.

I have a confession to make publicly….I have an addiction to Roxberry! I have tried creating my own smoothies myself but something is missing…maybe I don’t like to work, which is a strong possibility, but I like to think that its more than me just being lazy and think positively that its the smiles behind the smoothie making. I LOVE this location! They know me by name. They always get my order right and their smoothies, acai bowls and soft Bavarian pretzels are delicious! This Roxberry love location also waits to warm up my pretzel until I’m there so it’s hot and delicious. My favorite smoothie is the Orchard Explosion.

Came here the other night out of a whim.

They actually have a pretty good location there in the big strip mall area with the Harmons. They also have a drive thru which is convenient.
PRICE – 4
I do find the prices a little steep, but on the other hand the quality is rather exceptional.
PRODUCT/SERVICE – 5
I got the Lemon Squeeze, as I was looking for something a little tart, and it was great.
POINTERS/PERKS – 5
They accept competitor coupons which is interesting.
EMPLOYEES – 5
The young lady that helped me at the register was friendly and knew what she was doing. All the employees had clean uniforms.
