The Mango drink was refreshing on a hot day. The place was packed, and 1 employee there holding down the fort until 2 other employees showed up to help. The young man holding it down did an amazing job, and all 3 workers were professional, welcoming sent us along our journey with good vibes. Great Smoothies, excellent customer service.

If you want an actual decent smoothie you have to go to the provo location, they do it correctly. This location is trash. Every single time I come here, it’s awful, they can’t get it right, the quality isn’t good. The ingredients aren’t correct and it takes them 20 minutes to mess up my smoothie. No, thanks. I’ll go to the Provo location where they actually do the correct job.

Went on a weekday afternoon with my wife. Ordered our drinks and hung out by the gas fireplace. Our drinks were made to our liking. The lobby and restroom were clean and inviting. They have a long couch for waiting for your drinks and a bar area with a few stools. The restaurant is handicapped accessible as is the restroom. Note: there is no drive through.

Whoever owns this place must be the most cheapskate penny pinchers ever! They only have one person working during the most busiest hours of the day. The poor girl working was not only having to take the orders for 15 different people, but make the drinks, answer the phone, and deal with a room full of angry rude people because of the wait time. She was going as fast as she could and just couldn’t keep up with it all. So I would recommend going to a different Roxberry so you don’t have to wait for an hour and listen to a room full of people verbally abuse the poor girl busting her butt alone. Oh, and not to mention, they were out of pineapple and two different juices And their protein bites and pretzel bites were disgustingly stale. God knows how long they were actually sitting there. They’ve also raised the price but reduced the size of their drinks and they have lids that don’t even fit the cup. It’s just a joke, you can see it firsthand how the owners are cutting every corner to make more money at the cost of destroying the Roxberry reputation.

My husband ordered 2 smoothies at 3 pm today, no other customers were in the store at that time. He noticed it was shift change and Natalie was in the back of the store chatting and laughing with two other employees, she also walked out to her car and left Madi alone to deal with the next 4 customers that came in. I switched my husband places, and waited for the smoothies. The 4 customers that came in, left with their smoothies before mine were even started. When I asked Natalie what the issue was she lashed out with a scornful response. At this point we were twenty minutes in. I asked if there was something she could do to make this right, she replied to me with more scorn. I find it alarming that not only was there no common decency but that there was ZERO accountability here. I’m not sure if Roxberry Juice it too concerned about how they treat their customers because in this experience I was treated horribly.

Worse Roxberry location I’ve been to. Staff not attentive. They left my bowl out in room temperature when they could have kept it cold or made it close to the pick up time. The bowl became a drink, “eating” it with a spoon is a joke. Not to mention a PB bowl has no PB in the mix nor on top. BIG mistake. Contacted the customer service via the app and no reply. Roxberry was once my favorite and now is a disappointment

“Sorry that was your experience tonight! Our store is not a drive in and our staff don’t have very many people that use the App for orders to bring out to them.

Were you able to get a refund or talk to the staff about the issue?”

The issue I stated was related to the staff leaving my bowl in room temperature when I walked into the store to pick it up – I did not request the staff to bring out the order. I never do. Compared to other locations I’ve been to, also with high school kids, the staff at Orem Carillon Square location are inexperienced. Been over 5 days and still haven’t heard from customer service about a refund.

Came in and all the tables were full. There were only 2 employees working, clearly looking exhausted. No music playing. The vibes were so off and I won’t be coming back to this location. Terrible experience and I can tell it’s due to ownership/ upper management exploiting their employees. Give these poor kids higher pay or better incentives. On a lighter note, my açaí bowl was pretty great.
