Other than being overpriced this place has great smoothies and juices. All of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. One time in particular an employee by the name of Garret was super helpful in helping me decide on a great smoothie which happened to be the peanut butter blast. Garret then proceeded to make my smoothie faster than I have ever seen someone make a smoothie and it tasted great! On top of that he was a super friendly guy! This would totally be 5 stars if it were just a bit cheaper.

Always loved roxberry, however this location is hit and miss. Mostly miss. Most of the time I come here my smoothie isn’t mixed well at all. The flavor is inconsistent and disappointing for how much they are. I want this location to do well but I’m about ready to stop wasting my money coming here.

The food is always completed consistently and made delicious! I’m always greeted with kind and warm smiles for my frequent visits! To say their employees keep this facility spotless would be an understatement! So thankful for the care this team take to run this place! BOGO day, you expect it to be busy. We did NOT however, expect to wait for over an hour and a half. If we expected crowds, you would think that the owner or manager would have also. There were 3 teenagers working, and working HARD. Truly, they did as much as they could do, and were pleasant even to the upset people. Shame on management for not being there to help, not scheduling better, and not being there to hear the upset customers. The blenders didn’t work, there was no system in place for who ordered first got it first, it was chaos. People were asking for refunds after waiting so long and the poor kids couldn’t do that because none were managers. I’d be surprised if any of those workers stay working there. I wouldn’t, and would not allow my kid to be in that environment. They all deserve raises and bonuses. If management changes, we may try again.

Extremely hard to know if its vegan or even whats in anything. I had to have help from the worker googling the ingredients…no one knew what wasnin it.
I got the raw vision and all I could taste was ginger, wasnt the best for 10 bucks with a small tip ..16oz drink only too.
The time I went there before was sooo slow.
Gave it a shot again hoping it was better.

Very nice Staff! Made the beverage very quick and explained some things about the drink. Also reminded me that I had a rewards plan with them since I haven’t been to Roxbury in a while.
