We came for dinner on a weekend! They do not take reservations so please keep that in mind. We had zero wait and were seated immediately. The vibes and atmosphere were cozy! We got the charcuterie board as an appetizer and we were a little let down by what it included. It needed more bread and possible a spread to accompany the cheese. One of the two cheeses was blue cheese which can be strong to eat on its own and it would have benefited from another fruit, bread, mustard or fruit spread. Otherwise the food was wonderful!

AWESOME SAUCE!! Been coming here since they opened. The food is divine and the pizzas are cooked to perfection. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. The draft list is excellent. I highly recommend Rox and Broken Rocks for great meals.

I feel terrible that I haven’t left a review after all these years! We don’t make it to Wooster often, but we make the trip for special occasions. At least once a year. Anniversary, a rare date night, or discovering friends who haven’t been there yet. Between here and its mama next door, Broken Rocks, we have always been absolutely thrilled with everything we’ve ordered. Flavor parties abound. Local ingredients. Fresh baked breads. Kind, attentive staff. Been there even when understaffed (post covid) and busy busy and still the service and food was never a letdown. Truly one of the gems of Wooster.

I had mid expectations, just trying to find a good spot for dinner. I thought the menu looked great and made it hard to decide. Bartender made the suggestion of the steak sandwich as his favorite on the entire menu. Man was his recommendation a good one. Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and I hope you come back.

Started with the cheese curds, then the southwest pizza with chicken, and finished with the blondie. All of it was the best that I have had!

Broken Rocks and its sister restaurant, Rox, are my family’s favorite spots to eat in Wooster. I am writing this review today in honor of the charred snap peas at Rox. This newish (springtime) menu item is the best thing I have ever eaten here. The chefs really outdid themselves with the Charred Creamy Snap Peas. By giving the outside of the snap peas a quick char, the inside remains crisp, and the flavor deepens and brightens. It’s just so unusual and delicious—I am obsessed. So, please, Glen, this is my plea to keep this on the menu forever and ever. :)I also love all of the cocktails. The bartenders are friendly and do a great job crafting each drink from scratch. Everything in the restaurant is made from scratch, and it shows. Wooster is so lucky!

I went to Rox and found Tiffany, the bartender, to be a bit of a service savant. She remembers faces, names, and drinks of her customers like no one else. Her recommendations and drinks are on point. Amazing service! She does her best to ensure her customers have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!
