Our hours are Wednesday & Thursday 2-8, Friday & Saturday 2-10! We will offer over 14 flavors daily(flavors vary) We will also have Creme Ices which are dairy free, low fat, low sugar, low carbs, vegan but that have an ice cream CONSISTENCY! We offer catering services for your wedding, corporate events, schools, sporting events, birthday parties, graduation parties, and any other event! Absolutely terrible attitude from the owner. Instead of focusing on running a decent business, he’s busy running his mouth about people from Wellsburg. It says a lot about a person (and their business) when they think it’s okay to insult an entire community. I’ll never spend a dime here, and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before supporting someone who disrespects others like that.

We had this amazing company cater our VBS closing by program at our church. It was so yummy. The service was amazing as well. I highly suggest you have them cater your event. They served over 160 of us in less than an hour! Awesome is all I can say!

LOVE THIS PLACE…it the only authentic water ice place around. Ethan is very passionate about his ices which have a fresh taste, not over sugary have fresh fruit and are dairy free and vegan! Service is always extremely friendly plus they will come to your event, fund raiser, party or corporate function!!

Never tried Italian Ice before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The owner let me try some samples to see if I liked it and it was very good. My favorite flavors were sour patch kids and strawberry banana.

We got Rowing’s Italian Ice as a reward of a challenge between our 3rd and 4th graders at Weirton Elementary. It was fabulous. We ordered lime, blue raspberry, and USA Rainbow as our flavors and all were great! Definitely recommend. Our students loved it!
