Route 66 AMERICAN KITCHEN & BAR is located on historic Stone Street, located in FiDi. Chef Billy Kooper’s menu features unique twists on beloved BBQ and American recipes with a strong emphasis on hand-selected ingredients from farm to table vendors. Our restaurant features three unique spaces; our year-round outdoor beer garden, our indoor dining room & our upstairs game room & lounge. Recently renovated, our sprawling space is now an ode to Santa Monica, the end of the trail of Route 66, featuring bright wood, neon surfboards & cozy banquette seating. Our Stone Street entrance hosts a Shuffleboard table and our lively bar boasts a basketball arcade.

Get the brisket sandwich! It was unbelievably well cooked! It’s a bit loud inside on karaoke nights, to be expected, but definitely difficult to carry on conversations. Service was stellar. The parmesan truffle fries were delightful. Great little place for dinner in the financial district.

The Route 66 Smokehouse on Stone Street in NYC was a pleasant surprise to find tonight. Our host, Christian, was gracious and polite. The atmosphere was quaint and colorful. The Route 66 burger and rosemary fries were delicious, as was the Bourbon Barrel ale. Although the service was slow, we still had a great time.

The hot chicken sandwich was pretty tasty. The fries were ok. Limited food menu. Good amount of alcohol for you drinkers! Most of the food is priced at $20 per plate. Plenty of seating inside or outside. Service is extremely slow. I had to wait 15 minutes to order food. Street parking only. Make sure you come here with a good amount of patience!

This space is very beautiful. However those benches inside the igloos are on cobble stone! Because the bench wasn’t placed evenly on the cobble stone, I fell off of the seat and nearly hit my head. The food was okay and the drinks were alright. My highlight was visiting the game room. It was fun and entertaining, but please be aware that there are extra charges for certain games. For 4 people the entire experience was $120

Good food, great quality, friendly staff, large portions. Definitely have a good time eating here, there is also a game room upstairs. Nice find in the area, will definitely return. Also had a nice drink selection.

Pulled pork was a 6/10, but tasted better when I got to the bottom of the pulled pork pile and it became an 8/10. It was a little dry. The bar itself though is pretty cool. Very western style energy that lives up to its name. They also have games you can play scattered around the two floors.
