Uniquely delicious food. I loved their Brisket, Potato Salad, and Cornbread. BBQ Beans and Mac & Cheese were pretty good as well. Pulled Pork was so-so.

Potato Salad and Baked Beans stand out for their unusual styles and unique flavors. Mac & Cheese is done creamy style using white cheddar.

For a slow Monday afternoon service was good, waitress kept my glass topped off.

My mom just went here tonight and so I am posting for her:
This was our first time in Williamsburg and saw this place as we were driving around looking for a place for dinner. Route 60 barbecue market was outstanding!!! Our meals were absolutely delicious!!! Everything was piping hot on our plates, the way it should be at every restaurant. The pulled chicken was so tender, the coated fries were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy, the beans were great and the cornbread was so moist. The service was excellent and the place was very clean. It was by far the BEST bbq place I’ve ever been to and would very highly recommend it!

Straight up before work. Order the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad, brisket awesome also. Place is clean, staff prompt and everything is correct in the bag. Delicious. Wife can’t stand barbecue so we don’t eat in. It’s my place for my lunch. Very consistent.

One star for the person who brought food to the table, only one with service manners there.
Meat is very dry, almost like they have no business serving bbq period.
I tried their fried chicken sandwich and it was absolutely terrible. The smell of burnt grease greeted me as soon as the plate got on the table. The fries and the sandwich had the same old grease taste.
I was starving and tried to eat it but couldn’t, ended up throwing it and the fries away. The chicken itself is processed maybe? It just didn’t look right, zoom in and judge for yourself, looks like the McDonald’s dollar chicken sandwich.
Never again, do not recommend.

I went to visit them after a long time, and they’ve made a lot of improvements to the restaurant. Now they offer a variety of combo options for their lunch specials, which are really well-priced. The service and the food are still spectacular.

Our visit provided a mixed experience for our group. The atmosphere felt a little dated, but that didn’t affect our enjoyment too much. Unfortunately, the fountain drink machine was broken, which was a bit inconvenient.

The kids enjoyed their hot dog with grilled bread, and the fries were good. As for me, I had the Route 60 burger, and it was delicious with a nice grilled flavor and all the toppings. My husband loved the pulled pork sandwich, though he did mention it was on the smaller side.

Two of our companions had different experiences. One had the pulled chicken BBQ, which they didn’t get to choose, and their cornbread was served cold. The other ordered a brisket platter and really enjoyed it.

Overall, despite some minor issues, the food was tasty, and we had a pleasant dining experience but it wasn’t memorable.

Bit pricey for bland food. Chicken was not seasoned, yes it had sauce but the chicken could have been cooked with seasoning. The coleslaw made it halfway decent. The collards are drowned in vinegar. While I love collards cooked in vinegar it felt like eating hot pickle juice. Fries were good. They liked the mac n cheese. We probably will not re-visit.

It was just OK. Technically if I could I’d give it a 3.5. I had the half rack of ribs and it just did not impress…but my kids ate the chicken tenders and waffle fries like they weren’t going to eat for days. My wife said her burger was good. When we came in the front employee just looked at us like we were on the moon as though not wanting to take our order. The atmosphere before 6pm on a weekend was pretty quiet, which for some people is nice. After 630, more people started coming in. Probably won’t come back for the bbq…

A nice BBQ place. They offer a great selection of meats at very reasonable prices. Very relaxed atmosphere. There are no waiters or waitresses, yet, you can still dine in. Food is absolutely fantastic (White Cheddar Mac and Cheese is phenomenal!!) Great place to eat by yourself, with your significant other, or the whole family.
