Great place for the painting party. Everyone was helpful during painting class. Male bartender needed some personality advise. Based solely on him, I’d choose not to go back. The other 2 ladies were cheerful and helpful. They could have promoted the establishment in regards to a menu. We made alternate dinner plans but sure could have eaten there, had we known what was available.

This was the last time I will ve there.
It was nice as Jim Dandy’s now, it is completely unpredictable.
So this time, the food was good and the waitress was attentive.. not always the case.
However, the bartender seemed smug. The specialty menu had 3 drinks on it. They could not be made because the ingredients were not available. The bartender did not offer to make any kind of exception to the list. We got up from our table and went to ask for substitutions after we were told the drinks were not available. He threw the waitress under the bus like she was not supposed to show the drink specials.
We asked for similar drinks with substitutions. We did get the drinks with the substitutions at regular prices.
Come to find out the list was maybe not “February specials” .. only valentines day specials.
The superbowl special was supposed to include raffle tickets with each drink. Only learned that after we spent 150 bucks on food and drinks and learned that people were winning prizes. So, we asked when raffle tickets were sold. Apparently, the tickets came with the drinks. We didnt get any tickets with our 10 drinks..
Even after a few interactions directly with the bartender, who did not offer any info on raffle tickets.
This was very disappointing.
My recommendation, find a nicer place.

The schnitzel sandwich with tots was awesome and the service was great during my visit today at Route 41 Bar & Grill. I am somewhat of a schnitzel/pork tenderloin snob but I can say this one was awesome and very flavorful! I highly recommend stopping in and giving this one a try!

Everything you could want out of a fish fry. Great service, great prices, and great portion sizes.
The potato pancakes are some of the best in the area, and the cod was perfect. I highly recommend them.
Parking space is about perfect for the amount of traffic the place gets. I’d still recommend avoiding the rush, though.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!
So we went there as a group for the Super bowl . Our table ordered 10 qualifying drinks towards the raffle and received none!!!! We asked after the raffle winners were announced how others obtained tickets and the bartender said we should have been given them with our drinks which he FAILED to do. Also we attempted to order 2 of the 3 drinks that were on their February drink special. The bartender explained that they did not have all of the ingredients to make the 2 drinks off the February special drink so we didn’t even bother to try to ask for the third one on the list of 3.
Very disappointed!!
Will not be back as this is not the first time we have been there with not great outcomes. We thought we would give it another try but here we are… will not return.

Always enjoy my time. Lindsa/ey is absolutely always on point and is very talkative and remembers her guests!!! (which i love, because that shows memories in customer service).
Joe is great , love his little corner in the bar and knows what I like to drink!!

Okay, whenever I see a Reuben sandwich on the menu I jump on it to compare it with all the rest I have had recently, so I ordered it. First impression, very robust. In other words large in size. Cut in half and packed with corned beef which was tender. Some sandwiches that I receive tend to have the habit of “the meat pull” when bit into, not this one which tells me that the meat was tender, not fatty, and sliced correctly. Swiss cheese, kraut, thousand island dressing on a flattop grilled marble rye bread. Man I tell you, I want one now as I write this. I asked for thousand island on the side as well and in my case, I needed it. Comes with fries, lots of fries (several styles available) which were lightly seasoned and man, were they good. I did finish the Reuben barely, the fries no. This was a huge meal, tasty and very well done, a solid sandwich – I will definitely order it again, a win!
