We visited tonight and even though the restaurant was busy, everything was handled well. The people at the front door were kind and welcoming, even with a lot of people coming in. Our service was very nice, a young blonde girl took great care of us and was attentive and friendly. Management also stopped by our table to check in, which we really appreciated. Food took a little bit to come out, but it tasted good and presentation was nice. Longer waits are to be expected on a busy night, especially with everyone preparing for this storm! Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be returning!

2024 Update – Crab cake egg rolls are still delicious. They came out pretty quick and they were fresh and hot. It’s not jumbo lump crab meat, but it’s seasoned well and it tastes good. My server was nothing to speak about, she wasn’t bad but she wasn’t that great either. I try not to be too hard on servers because who knows what type of day they’re having. I just know I’ve had more pleasant servers in my restaurant experiences. The drinks were extremely weak, and we didn’t order Happy Hour drinks. I’ve never had a long Island that wasn’t strong. It’s typically the strongest drink in any establishment that serves alcohol. We were extremely disappointed, but we didn’t send them back. I don’t like to upset the apple cart. I would never order that again. Overall experience was not 5 stars this time.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant since 2017. The service was great, Faith was extremely attentive, patient and understanding. I asked her for suggestions she gave me a suggestion and I ordered the wings but l didn’t not like them and I expressed that to her she took it off my check and genuinely felt bad that she offered it. I told her it was not her fault at all. I ended up ordering the crab cake egg rolls. They were delicious and get an A++. Hot, crispy and great flavor. I enjoy them. I also love that the wine was affordable. The atmosphere is nice and simple. I will go back again.

Everything was “meh”

Food wasn’t to die for.

Brownie Sunday was awful.

Service wasn’t that great.

The ranch is gross.

Not some place I’m planning on returning to.

Also I am now eating my salad. Which looked really good. But im pretty sure the grilled chicken is from a frozen bag. Not great.

The blueberries are disgusting.

Salad dressing is good.

Onions and strawberries are good.

Summer Berry Salad looked good before I started eating it.

The chicken is the frozen salad kit grilled chicken, that you use to make a quick salad at home.

And the blueberries were awful.

Not coming back here.

Route Ale House has the best wings around — hands down! Their buffalo wings are perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and have that real kick you expect from a great wing spot. Every time I get them, they’re crispy, saucy, and absolutely delicious.

And the tator tots? Unreal. Golden, crunchy, and the perfect side to go with the wings. Honestly, it’s the kind of food that keeps you coming back again and again.

If you’re in the area and craving amazing wings and the best tots you’ll ever try, Route Ale House is the place. Always consistent, always delicious, always worth it!

Went for lunch with my son. He had a smash burger and loved it. I started with the potato skins and had to send them back for being way under done and hard. I also ordered the Ceasar salad after sending the skins back. The salad looked great, but I was not a fan of their Ceasar dressing. I do prefer a creamy Ceasar dressing, not what they had. It could be just my taste preference. When we got the bill, the potato skins were still on the bill. My son is not one to complain about anything and said he didn’t care he pd for something I sent back. They need to do better. Over all I was really disappointed. Our waitress was great, friendly, and attentive, and I did love the wall murels. I doubt I will be back…

Cool local themed place. Fantastic boneless wings, quite possibly the BEST around. Chicken quesadillas were very good and tots are a perfect alternative to fries. Had em twice now and not let down yet. Chili, when they have it is super delicious! Highly recommend! GO RAVENS!

I really do like this place. Wings are good. Had the black bean burger and loved it. Hubs had the cheese steak and was very happy with it! I really liked the side ceaser salad.

Found my first thing I didn’t like and so many places get it wrong and it’s the chicken sandwhich. It was juicy and crispy but just because it has a sauce does not mean you shouldn’t season it. If you season the breading or season some butter milk and leave the chicken in it before breading it. It’ll go a long way!! Always smell the seasoning if it smells amazing its a great combo!!
