Great down-home diner with great efficient and welcoming staff…with excellent food. Be sure to check out their specials and their long list of pies and cakes! Great soups!

Ok this is why you need to try random places! We were traveling from VT to FL and my daughter picked this place out for breakfast. OMG best steak and eggs i have had in a LONGGGGG time! Real thick steak cooked perfectly seasoned potatoes, eggs runny, biscuits fluffy. Everything just went so well together. Really just a snap back in time when diner food was REAL! My daughter had a blueberry pancake the size of her body and it was fresh light and delicious cause i stole half! The sad part was the lunch and dinner menu looked even better than breakfast….oh well we will be back! A++ p.s. prices were great!

The grilled chicken sandwich was tasty though small compared to other eateries. Good onion rings. The chili is good.

The food was almost edible. The kids chicken tenders say homemade but they use such a bad piece of chicken the kids can’t chew it. The fries are way over cooked. The chicken sandwich was cooked so hard it was like a dry brick and the hand cut fries were dark brown, overcooked. The benches are partially broken. The mood in the place feels like a diner that is sad and no one wanted to be there. Kind of like a diner that comes out of a horror movie. But I think the staff was trying the best that they could.

Local diner with great food and great prices. I got the meatloaf special with fried Okra and twice baked potato casserole-13.99. The pies and cakes are top notch. Definitely recommend the “Better Than Anything” Cake!

Fairly unremarkable from the outside, situated in front of an old style motor inn. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Classic offerings like hot open sandwiches, liver & onions, country fried steak. The French fries smelled so good that I had to order them. They did not disappoint. We ordered ham & turkey club and Reuben. Both were full of thick slices of meat. The Reuben was made with beautiful rye bread. No dessert for us but the cakes and pies in the case looked great. Prices were extremely reasonable.

This is what a diner should be. A no thrill restaurant that looks like a time capsule, but not gimmicky.

Nice dinner, easy access off rt 11. Small campers and trailers could park here. Seat yourself, clean and prompt service. Food came out hot. Portion size was a bit on the smaller size but good was good and filling. If you are in the area and want something different with friendly service, stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Been by here numerous times but never knew there was a restaurant here. Food was actually good and cooked just as we ordered. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. Waitress was super nice. Booths are not very comfortable, sink pretty far into them. Overall it was a good visit and we plan on stopping again when traveling in that area.
