Dined in on a Sunday, and got one of the 3 specials they were offering which was the Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict. Overall it was really delicious, I would just have liked at little more hollamdaise sauce. The eggs were poached really nice though, with that perfect runny center. And the English muffin they were on was crispy. The only thing that was slightly mushy was the crab cake which was still flavorful. $16 bucks out the door though for breakfast and beverage was great. I’d definitely come back again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Rounds Restaurant for brunch during our recent trip to Traverse City. We were thoroughly impressed with the friendly and efficient service, the high quality of the food, and the nostalgic ambiance of this classic diner.
We both opted for the corned beef hash with a poached egg, which was delicious but could have benefited from a more generous portion of corned beef. However, what truly stood out was the cheerful and positive demeanor of the wait staff and the smiles on the faces of the kitchen staff. It was evident that the employees genuinely enjoyed working there, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.
We will likely return to Rounds Restaurant in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Stopped here because of the reviews and and had the best coffee and raspberry french toast was out of this world. We will definitely make the drive just to go here. Also the hostess, he was amazing to our family! Glad he and I do not have to deal with Illinois heat anymore. We thank him for his caterpillar work and giving us some ideas for summer here in Michigan! Waitress was great too and always smiling even tho she was busy. Thank you all for a good experience!

Without a doubt, every time I’m in the TC area I stop here! This is a MUST. The staff is so friendly and personable, they are also efficient. The atmosphere is a classic, cozy diner full of nostalgia. You can’t come here without getting the Raspberry French Toast with a cup of their delicious coffee. I wish I could keep this place a secret, but everyone needs to try Rounds!

First visit. Old style, small cozy place. Friendly and attentive team. Fast service. Ordered the French toast, mushroom and cheese omelet w/ whole wheat toast, and Dave’s homemade red velvet corn beef hash. The corn beef was tender and potatoes were flavorful. French toast was good and pancakes were fluffy. Omelet was flavorful and well seasoned. If you want that homey old time feel and some well seasoned food I highly recommend Rounds Restaurant. Clean restrooms.

Wow. If you’re looking for that perfect Americana breakfast in town, Rounds is the place. They were BUSY but my experience was outstanding.
Took a seat at the bar which was only half full. Drinks and order for food took only 5-10 mins. Food was outstanding and for being so busy only took 15 minutes. I know I said it once but the food was FANTASTIC. The omelette was so light and the flavors were perfect.
Great job to everyone at Round’s. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

Rounds restaurant is exactly what you want when you’re looking for excellent diner food. The atmosphere and staff are awesome. We sat at the counter and were taken care of like we’ve been regulars for 20 years. Cindy did a great job as our waitress. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee was great and so was our experience. Thanks for a great meal, we will definitely return!
