Some things never change ♂️ Place is still run by children and owner does NOT care…. After a 3 year boycott… Tried them again and disappointed by the staff… Were given dirty plates… Watched an employee, heavy set girl coughing the entire time not even attempting to cover her mouth… Literally the entire time we were there… Then she used her personal tumbler cup at the drink dispenser before coughing all over the salad bar making her Togo plate before leaving her shift lol even I was blown away… Ordered extra sauce on pizza to get barely any sauce on them… Just amazed about how this ownership doesn’t care… If you reach out to them on Facebook they will just delete your comments or ignore your messages if they are truthful about how bad the employees are and how this business is run. Don’t do business here they don’t deserve your money or anyone’s money

Use to love this place years ago…. Went today for lunch to try again, hoping it would be better but no… place is filthy, salad bar had yellow/brown lettuce, cherry tomatoes were all shriveled up.. I really wish I would have taken pictures.. very disappointed that the employees are ok with serving people food like that! Do better.

I called the store because I received my order that was delivered from door dash and the order was incorrect. When I attempted to find out what order was actually received on their end from door dash, instead of getting help and an answer-I got a very rude worker that told me they could not help me at all and that I needed to go through door dash because that is the policy. Then I was hung up on. I called back and asked again if they could tell me what order was received and again was told that I needed to contact door dash. However, this time when I asked what order they received, now there was some other worker yelling from the background to the person on the phone that I needed to contact DoorDash, and there was nothing they could do to help me. And I asked if DoorDash made the pizzas or if rounders made the pizzas and I was told that it did not matter. I let them know that I was short two pizzas and the two of the three orders I received was incorrect. They again let me know. There was nothing more they could do to help me. Then someone in the background yelled again, but I could not understand what was said then I heard laughing and then they hung up the call. I did go through DoorDash and let DoorDash know that my order was incorrect and they did refund some of the order.
However, the issue was not with DoorDash, but that there was absolutely no customer service at Rounders. And even though we have ordered multiple times from this location and consistently receive incorrect orders, we still love the pizza and continue to order!
Unfortunately, this night, with the incorrect order and the no-help customer service, we have a family of 10 still very hungry and needing to look for food elsewhere at 9 PM on a Saturday night!
Needless to say, after this incident, we will not be using rounders for our pizza!

Very disappointed that to order GF pizza I had to pay $2 more per topping. Ridiculous! Why charge PER topping. Let me order any style pizza but pay a GF surcharge for the specialty crust. Or why do I have to pay for the Buffett AND the GF pizza. Again, why not just charge a surcharge for the single Gf pizza to the buffet or just let me be limited to one pizza. So disappointing.

Athens Tx I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up in the man set it on the counter and said it would be a minute for someone to check me out and I waited about 5 minutes and nobody came out and just left my pizza sitting on the counter to get cold so I just had to walk out because nobody seemed interested in checking me out so I guess they wanted to keep the pizza and I was the only one in there and they were not busy. Very disappointed. Went to Domino’s and great pizza and service. Athens texas

We were visiting from out of town. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious!! The salad bar had a great variety of toppings and the seating was old diner style. The customer service was good, however there were lots of flies inside the seating area. Id return if I ever went back to Athens.

The building looks very sketchy and torn down from the outside. They have no menu in the restaurant. The cashier had a very big attitude and made us look it up on Google because they don’t even have a website of their own. There was a light flickering directly in front of the order counter. It was so bad I had to step outside to try to view the menu online. The manager threatened to call the cops because I told her I no longer wanted my food after witnessing her staff clean kitchen utensils outside on the GROUND.

I’ve been here three times and ordered a large “Survivor” and every time I just get some random pizza that is not the ingredients that is listed on the menu. No pineapple, no bacon, no garlic butter crust.. all I taste is a veggie pizza.. green and black olives, mushrooms, onions, and a little bit of mushroom.. not a drop of meat on the pizza. Tastes great but not what I ordered. I could understand a mix-up on one pizza or something but three times in a row doesn’t work for me. If you want some random pizza that you didn’t order but tastes great, this is your place.
