I had a terrible experience at The Rounders Club in Tuscaloosa. My friends and I were asked to leave simply because one of my friends was stumbling on the way to the bathroom. We understand if staff had concerns, but the way it was handled was extremely rude and unprofessional. The security guards, especially one woman and a shorter guard, were yelling at us instead of letting us explain ourselves.
My friend has a heart condition, so of course she might appear more affected than the rest of us, but we were just trying to get her to the bathroom to pull ourselves together. Instead, they wouldn’t even let us do that. When the manager came over, he said he would take his security’s word over ours, without even listening to what we had to say. That made the situation even worse.
It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and honestly felt discriminatory. We even talked with some other Black girls there who had similar issues with the staff, which told us it wasn’t just us being singled out. By the time we decided to leave, security was up in our faces like we had done something wrong, even though we hadn’t.

Arguably the best club in town. Front bar for live band. Back room and rooftop floors for DJs and house music. Great place to mingle with college students.

This place hires incredibly unprofessional and rude bartenders. I have never been to an establishment that hires so incredibly rude staff and had horrible service. Please go to any other bar on the strip.

I’ve never seen an established treat its customers and workers so terribly. This place is awful. The management is horrible. Just because your clientele is college students doesn’t mean you can scream and treat them horrible. I’ve seen the workers scream at a person and refuse them service because they didn’t tip. First off they are freshman in college how do u expect them to know to tip. Second off that’s not how you treat a customer. Yes that’s frustrating and disappointing but let’s have some respect. It’s not mandatory to tip it’s a bonus if you gave good service which you clearly aren’t if you serve people with an attitude. This establishment is horrible. It’s disgusting.

From the moment I arrived I was treated by rounders staff like nothing but an issue. I have never been so disrespected and treated as if I was not important or a customer at all it seems as though staff do not care at all the way they treat their customers in this business after waiting nearly an hour just to get upstairs I had a bartender cut me off just for asking for better whiskey prices, someone please explain that?!?!, I will be telling everyone how this place is not worth there time or money ever and if I was really smart I’d sue this place

Only leaving the one star in hopes that they get rid of the INDOOR train horn. Even without the decibels are too loud to comprehend the music playing, completely distorted due to volume level. I haven’t met a single person that agrees with the volume level.

It was clean inside, the bathrooms were nice. The music was great, drinks are pricey but what can you expect. Overall awesome place to spend your night. Also walking distance from waffle House so that’s amazing.
