If I owned this place I’d shut it down for a week and fire 60 percent of the employees and start over. The ladies working behind the bar would be the only ones who would still have a job.

“I had a terrible experience at this bar. The bartender ( Nicole) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in serving me and took forever to take my order. When I brought it to her attention she became even more unprofessional and displayed more poor customer service. She refuse to serve me.
Normally, I wouldn’t pay much attention to such poor service, but it was obvious that this was malicious childish behavior considering it was a two week timeframe between me telling her about her poor customer service and her refusing to serve me.
Excuse me for being honest about my experience With this unprofessional, childish, immature, juvenile, insecure human being!!!!!!! Name (Nicole)
I honestly recommend that she be terminated and never work in a job or position of serving customers again. obviously she don’t have the mental or emotional security to deal with Reality when it comes to customer service in her ability to meet the needs of the customer.
Luckily enough, it was another employee there that came to the rescue and made a complete difference in my night with great customer service and a friendly personality.
Every other time I’ve been here, I had a great experience, but these two times, have left me less than impress with this bartender/server that should be fired. I would highly recommend sitting at a table being served instead of the bar if you ever are presented with this less than professional, childish human being name Nicole at this establishment.

The service and food are stellar and are the reasons why we are regulars.
Please consider fixing, adding and/or replacing your tall bar stools. They are in disrepair and can be dangerous. 3 of the tall tables are chairless at 5PM on a Friday . I imagine this impacts the servers’ income? We love The Roundup!

So loud, after waiting to order a beer, I felt the one waitress was over worked on coverage. After waiting for the beer I felt food was way out. Drank the beer went elsewhere for a burger. Sorry one and done.
