I went into this Round the Clock today on August 18th, 2023 to get the 10 piece chicken wing meal I ordered online. I ordered lemon pepper chicken along with fries and vegetables. When I got home and opened my bag, it turned out that I have chicken alfredo rather than my lemon pepper wings. While it tastes good, it’s not what I wanted. It’s not what I ordered. I have no idea if there was a price difference in this. Did I end up paying more than this meal would have costed? I don’t know, but I’m not very happy about getting something that I did not want. Everybody back there should be more careful when they are bagging the meals. It was a very nice colored man who bagged my stuff. He had multiple orders and it was busy there. I understand it but still, I should have received the right dinner.

This was our first time eating there & it was outstanding! We had a late lunch on Sat. & everything was great! The food was excellent in quality & portion sizes, service was good & a nice homey atmosphere; the prices were extremely reasonable especially with the generous portion sizes. We occasionally travel between the Indy area & Chicago south suburbs & we’ll make every effort to eat there again. Highly recommended!!

So today my boyfriend ordered a chicken bacon skillet today for dinner because he was feeling that at the time. Well the hash browns in his skillet were burnt, there was barely any chicken, & on top of that he found an egg shell in his food. It’s not the first time this had happened. Any other time there was always something wrong with our food, but we never complained because we understand how fast food can be overwhelming & not always perfect. I felt like it was time to say something.

There were 3 soups that we ordered, potato, cheese brocolli and chicken noodle soup, they were all great. I had Sunday (chicken) classic with 2 sides and it was also good. One of us got roasted chicken, chicken by itself was a bit dry but with the included filling makes it better. And then someone had a BLT sandwich, unfortunately, everything was overcooked/dried even the toast was burnt. Staff were wonderful. The place is well kept and clean.

The food was pictured better in the menu than the food I ordered. I ordered the honey chicken tenders. They were so small you could almost call them nuggets. Also, our waitress was absolutely awful. She was short with us during the duration of our meal. She barely returned to the table at all. Lastly, she kept forgetting to bring parts of our order to the table.

Great food. Atmosphere was also great. Server couldn’t get the fact that I told her I wanted grits. She kept insisting I did. Her tip kept getting lower until it become just quarters. I did Great. Not arguing with people about their lack of service. The lady at the register was great. Go if you get the chance. The 4 for 5.49 meal is a great selection.

Service was bad and all the staff was laughing and joking around. Manger didn’t seem to care. My food was terrible and they gave my husband the wrong order. I told him not to get the bacon because it looks undercook and spoiled. His is my first and last time. And this is the first time I didn’t tip someone. I normally tip even if I have bad service, but this time was beyond terrible, it’s the WORST!

I will never go back. I was a 3 or 4 time a week patron. , they put out a country. Steak that the breading got loosened, it absorbed tons of grease and I sent it back and she charged me for 2 sides instead which was more than what that dinner would have been. And she was rude.
