I’ve ordered pizza from here quite an inner of times and each time I so for the pizza to be well done yet it’s literally uncooked dough especially in the middle layer of the pizza which is gross. Today I got pizza and again requested for the pizza to be well done same thing. Also, my pizza had chicken in it today and the chicken wasn’t cooked. It was gooey. I’m never buying pizza from here again because it doesn’t look like they care about the customer’s feedback and satisfaction. I have spoken to them and explained the uncooked dough and same thing each time. You’ve lost a customer Round Table.

I usually order special chicken and everything special pizza. They were both yummy and really worth the price. Besides the food, the staff has always been nice and friendly.
It’s the best pizza I’ve tried in the greater Vancouver. We live in downtown and usually drive 46 minutes to just get the pizza from Round Table.

We ordered the spicy chicken and spicy meat pizzas the flavor was actually really good. But when I came back to pick it up, I noticed the cashier (who also works in the kitchen) had really long nails with visible dirt, which was a bit concerning. I didn’t expect she’d be handling the food too. The pizza was tasty, but the middle was still a bit raw, and it was super heavy with a strong margarine smell. I ended up feeling sick after. That said, the staff were all very friendly

Their “weekend manager” as he stated is probably the rudest guy I’ve ever spoken to. Shocked how working in the food industry someone can be this rude and have no sense of customer service when they are at fault.
I actually enjoy their pizza and food and have not had any bad interactions with other employees so no hate on that.
Having someone like that speaking on behalf of their business and not speaking for their company policies just personal emotion, its a terrible business look.

The Shahi Paneer Pizza was absolutely delicious – full of flavor and something unique! I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend trying it.
The staff was amazing – very friendly, polite, and welcoming. They explained the menu well and made sure I was comfortable. Their warm attitude really made the experience even better.
One small suggestion: I noticed that gloves weren’t being used while preparing the food. For hygiene and safety, especially in a food service environment, it would be better if the staff wore gloves. It’s a simple step that can make a big difference in building trust with customers.
Overall, a great place with tasty food and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best pizza places in Richmond, and they have numerous awards too, including 1st place for “Best Late Night Pizza for 25+ years” – so you know they’re open late.

Everything Special: I really liked how there was also a layer of meat on the bottom of the crust in addition to the toppings. Generous portion of toppings overall and good quality ingredients. Crust is a medium thickness providing a good crust to topping ratio. I also liked how there wasn’t too much tomato sauce, so it pairs nicely with the crust/toppings instead of being overpowering.
Pepperoni w/ Beef: Generous portion of large pepperoni slices, great pizza overall

These people don’t even care what they are making and how they are making if they are about to close. Well, I don’t know about other times. They have taken the order of vegetarian pizza and gave is non vegetarian pizza by attaching vegetarian pizza’s receipt. The other thing is that the pizza was not even fresh and everything was fallen apart. Well, hire some better people who actually care about customer service and manage your store well. While paying for the order the employee was looking so suspicious that he could have made a mistake but I ignore it like a random thing. But then I realized he actually knew what he was doing.

As an experiment, we decided to get the exact same pizzas from both Pizza Hut and Round Table Pizza to see which one was overall better.
Taste wise they were both good but Round Table Pizza definitely wins in the topping category considering they actually went to the pizza crust edge with the toppings. It’s also evenly applied throughout the pizza. It’s quite tasty. Crust though, Pizza Hut wins here. My bf disagrees though. He thinks they’re both good.
Ordered Supreme and Pepperoni Lovers from both places. Overall round table pizza wins in value (slightly cheaper by like a dollar).
Customer service is what you expect at a pizza place. Don’t expect much and it’ll be fine.
