The food wasn’t not worth the wait. Don’t get me wrong the pizza is good but when you have little kids the wait time is horrible. They took out all of their games and replaced it with claw machines that garentees upset little kids who didn’t win anything. And as a parent I dont want to spend $50 on claw machines to get my child a toy.

We ordered two large pizzas for carry out and were told they would be ready in 16 minutes. By the time I arrived and paid for the pizzas it was right at 16 minutes from the order time and the employee that rang me out. She Went back to check on the pizzas and said they would be another 20 to 25 minutes before they were done. I left and came back and after waiting that 25 minutes, they told me it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. After that, I asked for a refund and was given one. This kind of service is unacceptable and uncalled for, had I known the wait time was this long I would’ve gone somewhere else and not been forced to leave a bad review but it feels like they would just as soon lead you on and keep you waiting and for that I leave a one star, do better.

The staff at this Round Table Pizza are the friendliest I have experienced. Round table staff is consistently great, but the Court street Pasco staff have always gone above and beyond in courtesy and kindness. Kudos to the staff and leadership team.

This place is going downhill. I have ordered many times over past 5 years. The past 2 years the call taker (no idea what country their from) gets the order correct but Jo Shmo doesn’t look at the receipt and screws the order up. I am about done with this place and looking to go somewhere else. So annoyed. Today they missed the 2 liter of Pepsi and blue cheese dressimg.

Calling in an order is routed to an overseas call center, and the deliveries are now taken by doordash, not all of whom use a pizza bag to keep the food hot. The overall experience is poor and with cold food, there is little reason to order anymore.

Placed an order online for pick-up and stated it would be ready by 6:30pm. They never started until 6:30. The manager had excuses for everything. Never again sad cuz I usually love their pizza. But customer service is horrible.

This is a five-star location. The food has always tasted good, and the salad bar is one of our faves. We love going here for lunch and ordering a lunchtime special, especially since they don’t take too long to bring out the food. There were a couple of times when one of the employees was not the nicest, but since everyone else is so friendly, I still feel like it’s a five-star. Would probably visit again within the next couple of weeks.
