Hey, so first off I absolutely love Roundtable possibly the biggest fan, been eating it for 25 years and I’ve worked here twice, so I ordered a large Maui Zaui no onions or bacon, I can’t eat pork, however I messed up i forgot there is Ham on there… I said no Bacon but not ham, Adriana was helping me and she offered to make a medium pizza for me free of charge absolutely appreciate that❤️❤️❤️ this is what customer service looks like. Tried them for the first time tonight. Pretty good pizza and the kids loved the arcade. Good variety of options and even later in the day the stuff in the salad bar looked fresh.

Burien round table: Ordered pizza ( game day ) and two salads with three dressings $60.00 bill and don’t forget the tip. Food delivery was great but found out there was only 1 salad dressing, called up the Roundtable in Burien to let him know the two salad dressings and all I got was “sorry”. Can’t eat salad with no dressing. Absolutely poor customer service, to bad I been a customer my whole life time. This is my only review and it’s not a good one and management does not care. I’ll be stopping inside the store to talk to done one higher up and maybe I can get my salad dressing. 45 – 1 hour wait because they were “busy”, couldn’t place my order either the employee, got my address wrong so I asked to speak to the manager to finally take my deliver order and get the address right.
No receipt, so how am I suppose to get my points I earned on the round table app for my $60.00 order, no receipt equals no bar code to scan for points.
Where is the customer service these days? If I can at least get someone’s attention this and notice how missed up this is, that would be amazing.

This place use to be my favorite to go to for all you can eat lunch buffet. They remodeled, got new staff and raised the prices. I don’t mind paying more if the quality and service is good, but today it was not. $12.99 for pizza and drink and they’re always out of pizza. I got three slices of pepperoni which were actually cut into one third of a normal slice and a drink. Tried to go back but line was so long and out of pizza and was told Id have to wait 15-30 minutes. Forget it, very disappointed and frustrated to pay that price for one slice of pizza (if it wasn’t cut in 1/3rds) and a drink. I think I’ll switch to Pizza hut or Papa Johns and get a full pie for same price.

I just had the opportunity to visit the new and improved “Round Table Pizza” or Pizza Royalty as they now are calling themself. They were shut down for months during the Covid lockdown restrictions. During which time they took to redecorate the entire restaurant. It now has a vibrant and clean new look. Taking on a upscale English pub decor. Many nice ales and beers on tab. (But a little pricey!) I went in to take advantage of a coupon for the lunch buffet, at $7.99 for the pizza and drink (soda). Couple extra dollars for the added on of salad bar. Bill came to $10.69 I got there slightly after 11am. Beginning of lunch buffet. 11-2pm. Every thing was wonderful, salad makings all fresh. Pizza good and hot! I felt welcomed and relaxed in there new digs!! Have a very nice new arcade area. Open and bright. If you haven’t been there for awhile you should give them a try if in Burien. ☺

Round Table Pizza is a solid pizza chain. We’ve gone here for years for birthday parties, their amazing lunch buffet and ordering pizza for takeout.
Recently, we’ve learned about their garlic sauce you can get on their pizza. Highly recommend! Also, their mini pepperoni’s are much better than their regular size pepperoni’s.
The dessert pizza is pretty good as well!
The lunch buffet is a great deal. Get a group of people together to snack on some pizza and hang out!

Not recommended at all . Paid $39.60 for a large pizza no taste at all just over loaded with thick layer of cheese and all kinds of veggies.
