This is truly the most amazing Round Table Pizza I have ever seen. Beautiful place and great service. The pizza was amazing too.

Both of Joelle and Michaela were so wonderful. Beautiful smiles on their faces and they were so welcoming when we fist walked in. This place is total opposite the Lynnwood store which used to be this way until it was sold and got destroyed.

I am hoping that management takes care of this store and takes care of these wonderful staff. I don’t mind driving all the way from Kirkland to enjoy this store and it’s wonderful food and staff.

This pizza I got is not right…. it’s like the crust did not rise or spread too thin. What did I just get? Did Round Table change its crust?

I definitely should not have tipped them for this..

Lunch time, 12:20 during weekdays, pay $17.00 ” all you can eat” but there only one pineapple pizza. Some of us come in for lunch, and on a limited time, we can not wait until other varieties of pizza gets done.
This will be my last wasted lunch break in this establisment!

I had my pizza ordered as a delivery through the app ahead of time. It was a Double Play special but got half veggie pizza and half pepperoni/mini pepperoni with potato wedges, a 2 liter drink, and a new small size on the dessert that I have never seen before on the menu. We already ate a bit of the pizza and potato wedges, but can tell it wasn’t what I expected. I’m a regular at this round table pizza location and I’d expect it to be the same kind of quality every single time.

I’m sad that there were only 3 options for 2 liter soda and wished there was a 2 liter root beer on a Saturday night.

I’ve noticed that there were many errors with the order and deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the result as well. No pizza toppers, no parchment on the dessert pizza (which could have easily burned the delivery person), and no green onions on the potato wedges with little amount of parmesan cheese. The potato wedges tasted way too salty as well. The dessert pizza under-topped with the streusel topping overcooked. The dressing wasn’t creamy and texture was watery as if it was made the same day. The dessert pizza box was fairly damaged on the top as well.

To make matters worse I get a notice of the receipt requiring a signature. What other chain requires this on a pre-paid pre-tipped pizza order?! I already authorized the transaction. No need to tip twice here!

Personally, I love this pizza chain but I would not order again if this continues to happen.

We have come here occasionally for dinner – mainly for a quick, easy option for our family. The food is standard pizza, nothing exceptional but exactly what you’d expect for the price – a good standby. Unfortunately, after tonight’s experience we will not be returning, and would warn others (especially those with hungry kids or time constraints) not to bother. The employees clearly did not care about customer service or satisfaction; the guy manning the register would often disappear; the people in the kitchen were clearly not doing their jobs efficiently or effectively. One employee continued to wander back to the private party room where a couple of her friends (?) were hanging out and goofing around on some PA system that could be heard throughout the restaurant. As far as we could tell, she wasn’t doing any work in the room; a large party had vacated it as we had arrived and the room remained uncleaned as we departed over an hour later. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive, despite the fact that there were at least three people working in the kitchen and the restaurant was practically empty. We noticed several other customers impatiently waiting around for their food, including dine-in and to-go orders. Every time the kitchen was asked about an order there was confusion, scrambling, and protests. Most of the time we observed very little activity in the kitchen area, across from which we were seated. I honestly cannot remember the last time a restaurant’s staff appeared this utterly inept. When our food finally arrived, the first pizza was dumped unceremoniously on the table without a word, and the others arrived shortly thereafter with no word of apology for the long wait. One of the pizzas had the incorrect sauce (garlic instead of tomato) and included an unwanted topping, but not wanting to wait another 30+ minutes for them to correct the mistake, we ate as quickly as we could and left. If the service at this location continues as-is, it’s unlikely that this place will last. Patronize this restaurant at your own risk.

The pizza is OK at best. The crust is soggy. The toppings are clumpped in the middle. And the red sauce is gross. If your going to try something get the creamy garlic. But what’s worse is the people that get hired. The older woman who works in the morning openly complains about you while you’re in ear shot. And anyone else I see in there just genuinely looks miserable to be there.

I get Round Table pizza often. This location the pizza is not good. The pizza crust is hard and tastes bad here and there all over the pie. They used to have amazing perfect crust with no bad taste and no hardness and no problems here… don’t know what happened

Pricey pizza for what you actually get. Not bad pizza, just not as cheap as Little Ceasar’s. Clean. We’ll lit. Parking. Big screen TVs with spots playing.

Doordash does delivery now for roundtable(our second and last time) and their service sucks. It’s the reason I don’t order via doordash. It’s slow and somehow consistently wrong. Missing sauce, missing side, and then even the wrong address. Roundtable needs to get rid of doordash.
