I ordered for delivery and it was supposed to take 45 minutes, but took 90 minutes. When I called after 45 minutes the person on the phone acted rude and said they were still making the pizza. There are so many pizza options in town so I probably won’t order from here again. Good luck staying in business with all the multiple, better options.

They have good food and such but the service isn’t the best… And with the salad bar, it won’t have much toppings in it for your salad and the workers seem to not care, it seems like you have to ask to have it filled again. That’s why I’m giving the place 3 stars. Oh and another thing is that my brother got some chicken wings and they came out cold….

Terrible food and service today. Wings order were cold in middle. Showed crew. Said he would make it right. Waited 20 minutes, he had disappeared in back and not to be seen. As leaving, told another employee about cold food. She asked if we wanted to reorder. Ha. I said we were expecting to get a refund or at least something for bad food and service. She said she could not do anything. Well, we will do something, and that is to report this on a review page, pass forward our terrible experience to our friends, and of course never return to this establishment.

The last time I ate there, we could hardly get service and had to keep asking for things we should’ve automatically received. Staff spends a lot of time in the back. I’ve also had to ask (several visits) for the salad var to be restocked with fresh goods. It’s been an absolute mess on several occasions until I’ve asked for a rag and cleaned it myself!! This was one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. The pizza was good. That’s the only consolation. Two employees were working. One was in his car right in front of the entrance with the car door open smoking like a chimney. We had to seek out the other employee in side to be waited on. There were no other customers in the store, yet or took forever to get service and to get our food. At one point, we needed some more water and someone from our group had to seek out an employee, and both were outside with no one in the restaurant to attend to any of the customers.

Went for the brunch buffet… it was terrible. They put out one pizza at a time… the wait time in between pizzas was way to long!
