We couldn’t order from our normal place so we tried here. We had a lot of different dietary needs (vegan + someone who doesn’t eat pig) so we ordered two pizzas. The no cheese pizza we got was basically favored bread as shown in the pictures. It wasn’t good and was a waste of money. The other pizza had pork on the whole thing when we asked for it on one side. Not planning on coming back here again.

Round table on Browns Valleyin Vacaville has the worst customer service . Today they had one person working the cash register, and two people making pizzas eventually the third person came in to make pizza. They ran out of numbers to give you for your table. They had empty cheese containers that needed to be filled. They ran out of glasses to serve beer. They even ran out of sausage for our pizza and when we went to order Bud Light a picture, they ran out of that and just refused to do any compensation whatsoever. And didn’t even take the time to apologize for all the crappy customer service… and I actually waited in line for at least a half hour to order a pizza and I watched the guys in front of me order pictures of beer and the guy behind the counter he stated he was the manager went to pour them their pictures of beer immediately ….?when it was my turn I’m a female , he waited to pour me my picture. He went back to the counter and took other people‘s orders….. someone actually needs to tell this manager of this location he himself needs to practice better customer service skills… I can’t express how disappointed I am knowing that roundtable is one of the most expensive pizzas in our area and not to mention that when they ran out of our beer that we ordered for $18 a picture that they couldn’t even compensate to Make That Right !!! Since they ran out of beer, and the picture wasn’t even filled…. Very, very disappointed I’m definitely getting their district manager’s number

I had the worst experience with this location. I recently went here with my grandson. We ordered two pizzas and the gentleman rung us up. After receiving one of the pizzas we waited for our second pizza for my grandson. After waiting almost a hour we had Olivia (manager ) tell us that we were never charged for our second one no receipt was given. When I asked to have the initial gentleman that took or order clarify things the manager was very rude and aggressive this frightened my grandson and he hasn’t had pizza since. I’m asking that the right actions be taken against Olivia .

Delivery service took longer than expected. The site stated 45 mins. It was more like 60-70 mins. However the food arrived hot. We love the wings and felt like they had a good amount of sauce on them. The buffalo sauce was a little spicy, too, which we love. The twists were okay. Felt like they could have been cooked a little longer.

We had a deal for a family meal which was great. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and twist were amazing. You do have to purchase bottle water since the soda machine isn’t available. The gave us paper plates, plastic silverware for dining. But you are able to purchase bottled drinks and they have the bar open. They have amazing Tvs so you can watch sports.
The reason for the 3 stars is the salad was spoiled.Was extremely disappointed that the majority of the salad had gone bad. I wouldn’t visit this location again though.

This Round Table Pizza has been a go-to place for us for birthday parties over the last few years. Scheduling is easy and affordable, and the space is just right for small parties. They allow you to bring outside food and the staff is more than accomidating. They also have game room, and we buy game cards for the kids. We all have fun and so do our guests! If you’re looking for an easy spot to have a party, check them out!

their breadsticks are getting smaller and smaller. my hands are quite small yet these sticks make my hand look big. Literally looks like they tried to make 6 sticks into 12. We also ordered the maui pizza and they forgot the green onions multiple times. Like where’s the pineapple theres barely any. And how is that double pepperoni. There’s barely even normal amount of pepperoni. can’t believe we pay almost $60 for this. not going to come back anymore

The pizza order was called in and when we arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later, it was hot and ready. The toppings were generous, crust was crispy, and Round Table proved why they are one of the better pizzas to enjoy.
