I’m giving this a 3 star- I want to make it clear the servers were great and the restaurant itself was clean. No fault of the workers.
Tl:dr Whoever owns this round table is out of their mind. Save your money and go buy local pizza (NY pie, Diavola, Union hotel are all cheaper AND better)
The long:
My issue is that Round table is charging almost twice as much for a large pizza as any local spot. Round table used to be a place for families to have an affordable decent meal and it’s insane I just spend $70 on a basic large pizza and $11 for a basic salad with browned lettuce and mushy beets.
We literally had just gone to a round table a week earlier in Yosemite and would’ve assumed that would be pricey because it’s I the middle of nowhere- They were cheaper!

Last Sunday we ordered a small pizza for the kids, wings and a large pizza for the adults. Wings came out just fine but the kids and large was way under cooked. The kid pizza looked good but it was under cooked. I think they just had a very bad night that day.

Pizza is actually pretty good on the rare occasion that they deliver what you pay for. On SEVERAL occasions I’ve paid $5+ for extra ranch dressing and it’s guaranteed that they will never deliver. It’s totally my fault because while I like their pizza, I also recognize that they never deliver the full order that pay for. Yet I continue to purchase from them. That won’t happen again. Marys pizza and Gios ALWAYS deliver. Truthfully, I’d happily pay more to get what pay for rather than dealing with the bs at his round table location. Never again.

I placed an online order at 5:30pm and was notified that my order would arrive at 6:15pm. At 6:30pm I called to check on the status, and was told that the driver had already left to deliver our pizzas. I then get a text saying that our pizza would arrive at 7:15pm. It was clear they hadn’t even started cooking my pizza and that the person on the phone lied to me about how the pizzas were already on their way.

Round Table on Montecito usually has excellent service along with exceptional pizza. Tonight I barely had any sauce on my pizza while ordering extra cheese and sauce. I called to get some small containers of sauce and was told they no longer did that, even though it was not as I was expecting, left a $20 tip and spent over $100. I was told I needed to email the manager. This is poor service, and I understand if I had ordered my pizza and not understood what I was going to receive, but this was their mistake, and by the time I email to correct their mistake, my pizza would have been stale. Very disappointed with their service, and will be ordering elsewhere from now on. ☹️

Wow, they messed up on my order and trying to get any help resolving the problem is like pulling teeth. Several calls hung up on. Called the “manager” line, routed to India and they threw me back in the same queue I was in before I which I was hung up on again. This used to be a great place to eat, but like most places in the US that are owned by corporations, it’s gone down the crapper. I just wanted to get my 4 bucks I paid back when they forgot to add pepperoni to the pizza as specified. Now, it’s personal. You guys keep digging the hole you will eventually find covering you.

Went in to place a pizza, wings and potatoe wedges order was told it would be ready in about 30min. Return in 40mins and was told they haven’t started on my order then waited another 30mins tipped them and left. Got home to find the potato wedges half cooked and cold pizza was also cold did not taste to there usual standard so we were very disappointed on the whole meal. Would have called that night but the meal was already a bust.

This specific Round Table Pizza, when we visited (as out of towers) really was a mess. We ordered 3 beer pitcher’s for 8 adults, 2 salads, some twisty bread sticks and chicken wings. First the food was about a 3 star the service was a 4 only for the server, the manager was less than a 1 star. And here is why: the beer was bad, all head, instead of trying to fix or replace the kegs he gave us 3 half kegs and only charged us for 2. I didn’t know this until after we went to our fist winery later in the day. That didn’t make sense. The salad bar temperature was not calibrated. Lettuce was frozen, other products were warm. One of our party took a plate for ranch dressing and the guy asked “did you leave any?” Note the sarcasm…. I think that if that 1 person was replaced and someone was there to appreciate the customer, the employee and took time to check on things it would easily be a 4 star.
