There is no excuse for how long it took this Round Table Pizza to make the four item order I was there to pick up. If it wasn’t for how much money I actually made by delivering this doordash delivery order from this Round Table Pizza I’d be a whole lot more upset. I’ve had much better experiences at this Round Table Pizza before but this completely negates them all.
They dropped the ball. They screwed up big-time. I arrived at around 3:48 p.m. to pick up a doordash for somebody named Andy and this doordash was scheduled to be finished being made there at 3:49 p.m. Now I wouldn’t actually be bothered if they finished it around like 3:55 p.m. or something but the fact of the matter is they took so much longer than they should.
On top of that it wasn’t even that busy at this restaurant. There weren’t very many customers there so there wasn’t really any reason for them to take as long as they did.
They finally finished the order around 4:26 p.m. Six different people came in after me and got their orders first when all I was waiting for was just four pizzas. Something I’m sure every Round Table Pizza restaurant has a lot of experience making, that is orders of four pizzas. Well over 25 minutes into the time I was waiting there they said they were waiting on just one more pizza. I’m sorry if it’s that hard to make that last pizza just forget about it and give me the other three so I can leave because that was a waste of time. The customer can literally get a discount on their next Doordash order for the amount of what was missing.
I mean it would have been nice to be told that they were going to take this long to make the order. Then I could have left and done something else and maybe picked up a different delivery. Being told over and over that they’re making it without any context as to how long it will be which I guess I’ll give them credit for that because they didn’t actually promise me a time although according to doordash it was supposed to be ready much sooner than making me wait nearly 30 minutes which is inexcusable so I at least give them credit for not promising me every time I came up to the counter that it will be ready any second now unlike other places that seem to feel the need to lie about how soon an order will be ready so at least I’ll give them credit for not promising that it would be ready sooner, but even so it’s absolutely unfair that I was there at the right time to pick up the order at the scheduled time and it was ready almost a half hour after the scheduled pickup time and six other people came in after me and got their orders first some of which were other doordashers by the way.

Atmosphere is average but the service is great. They apply a coupon price on the pizza we order and it save us money. We didnt even ask for it. The pizza is always good.

I always go here with my family and they would attend us good. Today we went and the cashier had so much attitude. She didn’t even ask what we wanted and she just stared at her screen zoning off and made us repeat ourselves multiple times because she wasn’t listening. She has brown hair short Latina looking kind of chubby. Never seen her before but yeah she gave everyone attitude not just us.

I go for the lunch buffet at least once a week. Every time I’ve gone in for the salad bar it looks outstanding and everything is full. Which other pizza places failed to accomplish. The pizza has always been freshly baked and still hot under the warmer. Service was great. Highly recommended.

Ordered 3 extra large pizzas and they were ready in 20 minutes. Hardly anybody in the restaurant the only downside was I couldn’t understand the guy who took my order.

The food is decent but not worth the money. Also the machines didn’t even work, it took over 5 of my dollars and I only got one back. Their tables are super dirty and one had A TON of ants. I highly recommend NOT going to this round table ever again. The machines that don’t work don’t even have signs saying out of service so I had to write one for myself. One last thing is that there are very few workers and they are very slow. I even have a picture of a machine that doesn’t work.

I ordered a Wombo Combo online to pick up in the store. I arrived at the time estimated at checkout so that I would have a nice hot pizza. There were no customers in the store & 3 employees that I could see plus another one in the back. One girl was eating a salad, another girl was trying to fill a shift & the “manager” on duty was talking to the guy in the kitchen . I literally stood there for 8 or 9 minutes trying to get their attention. Anyways- I finally yelled out “hello” & the “manager” came walking around the corner. He asked me if I ordered & my name then proceeded to ring it up on the register- I stopped him & said I ordered online- there’s no choice to pay at the store. You cannot complete your order without paying. He handed me my pizza & walked away. No cheese. No peppers. No thank you. I get home & open my box & what do you know…. there was a pizza, almost like the one I ordered, just missing alot of colorful items. I took a picture & called him immediately & told him the problem. He said there was nothing he could do about it & when I asked for the contact information for his district mgr he said he couldn’t give me that but took my name & address so they could send me a “coupon”. I paid $39 for something I didn’t order & he said they’ll send me a coupon? Seriously? A coupon? I will not go back to the occidental rd store again. They really need to transfer any good employees & can tbe rest & shut it down. Grrrrr
