Extreamily disappointed in this location. I ordered two pizzas last night for delivery on their website. The website said it would be delivered within 30 minutes of me ordering it. We’ll that time came and went. It took over an hour and 15 minutes for me to get the pizza. When the pizza arrived, it tasted like garbage. I was missing the wings it was supposed to come with and I paid extra for two large sides of ranch and pizza sauce. They gave me two small ones. Both pizzas were under cooked and doughy. There was no flavor to the pizzas at all. I’m not sure what happened to Round table. They used to be the best, but I will definitely not be a returning customer. For the money I spent there, I could’ve gone to the competitor and ordered the same thing including a pitcher of beer and it would’ve tasted much better and I would have received everything I ordered. Never again.

8/19/25 at 8:20pm went to pick up a personal pizza COMBO order that comes with the soda and with one choice of sauce, but he also paid for 3 extra ranchs and order more stuff. Why the employees don’t check the orders? She only gived me the red sauces but i had to ask for the 3 ranchs and had to come back for the soda which was part of the deal. I usually don’t have that kind of problem at other places because they ask if everything is fine with my orders. Please do your job correctly is part of hood customer service. If you double check the orders then you don’t get complaints and people will come back to the same location even if they have to drive a lil bit more far, otherwise people will not be back then the business loses money and they have to let go personal and might end up having to close that location. Your pay check depends on your job. This is not just for the employees is also for the manager. No good manager; no good employees; no good service; no customers; no money and no more open business

I placed an order on DoorDash and waited over an hour, only to see the status still showing “order being prepared.” I called the restaurant, and instead of being upfront, they blamed the dasher, saying he took the wrong order and had to return it—now they needed to fix it in their system. They told me that the supervisor wanted to talk to me and to call back in 10 minutes. It was just too much.
I get that things can get busy, but honesty goes a long way. When I mentioned I might cancel through DoorDash, they pushed back and still wanted me to call again later in 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the original dasher left, and I was left waiting again. I ended up contacting DoorDash, explained everything, and they canceled the order. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this place again.

If you place an online order just know it will always be twice as long to pick it up no matter how busy they are. It’s dead quiet in here, came to get my online order at the time I was told and I’m 90% sure they haven’t even begun making it. They his is the 4th time this exact scenario has happened.

Besides the lady being drop dead beautiful her customer service was great I wanted to order cinnamon twist at last minute when I got there and I was apologizing for doing that last minute. She said no reason to apologize not a big deal. That’s good customer service and the food is hot. Good exactly as ordered. Great job don’t get to say that but often these days.

Food is good however service is poor. Always issues with online orders, it’s like they don’t read the order. They apparently now use doordash instead of employees for delivery so when you have an issue it’s even harder to get resolved.
