I won’t lie I haven’t been to a Round Table in over 7 years but I used to be quite fond of them when I did go often.
They’ve always been a bit more pricey then other chains with near to no deals so it wasn’t cheap but it was nice.
They have a rewards program now so maybe it won’t be so bad if you order during their promotions and use their rewards points.

Ordered for delivery late last night, my wife loves the chicken garlic gourmet while my kids always want this store pepperoni pizza. The store estimated time for delivery were 45 mins but the delivery came earlier than that, it made the kids happy.

The pizza was horrible. It barely had toppings on it. There was 1 to 2 pieces of chicken on every slice. The crust was doughy. It was basically a thick slice of doughy pizza full of tasteless cheese and no toppings. I paid $40 for this pizza. This location has always had terrible pizza, after a couple of years I thought I would give it a chance again. Not coming back. People are paying a lot of money for their food it should be worth eating.
A few hours later I had a terrible stomachache and had to run to the bathroom a few times. I’m pretty sure the pizza wasn’t cooked properly either. Very poor and disappointing service.

Person at reception was eating as he attempted to help and had a hard time communicating as he tried to chew his food. Just horrible customer service and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Their online order won’t let you add extra ranch which I usually do because places charge, came here and they wouldn’t give me an extra small ranch unless I went to my car and brought him a dollar. Definitely stingy. Rather get a worse pizza somewhere else who treats their customers better.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. We ordered a pizza online at 8 PM and they close at 9. We got there at 8:15 and they said they can’t make the pizza because they are closing and wouldn’t make the pizza! Why say you close at 9 if you cannot take an order at 8 PM.

While we were there, they got more online orders a person from the back came to the cashier and showed multiple tickets that the online system printed, and the cashier stated to just let it be and NOT make the order. It was only 8:19 PM. Google, Round Table app, yelp, all mention a closing time of 9:00 PM.
Save your time and energy and go to another Round Table or pizza spot. Staff is RUDE and the reviews posted by others are accurate. Seems like it is a common theme on the customer service and what to expect at this location. Hope corporate steps in the investigate.

Round Table Pizza truly is the last honest pizza. What I love is their pizza is not saturated with tomato sauce so you get the actual flavor of the other ingredients however, they really need to cut up the pieces of the vegetables a bit smaller otherwise, the absolute best! Oh yeah, due to the pandemic, they do stop taking phone orders about an hour or so prior to close if you’re picking up. My favorite place for a good pizza. Pricey though. I can cook a full meal given the cost of a medium or large pizza. . You can’t go wrong with a Round Table Pizza. BTW, I forgot to add that I have been eating Round Table Pizza my entire life! That’s how much I love Round Table Pizza and I’ve been around for sometime. My daughter and her children do movie night every Wednesday and they too, love Round Table Pizza ❤❤❤
