One of the worst pizza places I have ever ordered from. The food was over 30 minutes late (making the total waiting time almost 2 hours). The driver was rude and did not say a word (even after I gave him a $10 pre-paid tip). As a delivery driver myself, I understand being busy and overwhelmed. However, as I ALWAYS thank my customers for their tips, I expect the same. All of this would be okay, if the food were good. It was NOT! The restaurant is 0.7 miles away from my house, and the pizza was fully cold. We also asked for a large side of ranch, and we were given hot sauce instead. The only redeeming quality of our $50 order was the sandwich was at least warm, still not hot. This was a total waste of money! If you know whats good for you, AVOID!

This place makes pizza the way pizza should be made! Period. The last two times I’ve gotten pizza here however has not been a pleasant experience nor has the pizza been as good. Perhaps the ingredients- everyone knows how difficult food production and product is to get right now. But it has the same taste as the cardboard it comes in. Overcooked as well.

But she’s since acknowledged her poor phone etiquette in a kind voicemail. Running a business can be tough and trying to stay afloat especially through all everyone has experienced with the pandemic can make it hard to be positive daily.
It is important to still remember to treat your customers who support you with kindness and respect.

First of all- the best pizza ever created heralds from Round Table. But not all locations are operated at the same level of excellence as this location specifically… which is awesome, the owner gives great customer service. And they’re fast!

Tonight this location had to deal with a homeless person having a mental health issue and she was, at times, acting aggressively. I had ordered a pizza to go beforehand, and was asked to wait outside. After the homeless person left (and made threatening gestures to me) Ms. Dawson came out with my pizza and apologized for the delay. And it was great pizza too, all the more notable because of the stress.

I have been taking out regularly from Pollard Rd Round Table and always find my Gourmet Veggie made with fresh and flavorful vegetables, cheese and sauce. My kids long for the Friday night pizza from Round Table @Pollard. The staff is friendly and awesome.

The woman up front was very rude to me and my friends, she made comments like “you know that’s 35$ right there right?” And also was speaking in a super rude tone to everyone when we weren’t really doing anything wrong, then she proceeded to tell to us speed up ordering yet it was 45 minutes until close time. (I get that she probably has to deal with idiotic kids since it’s near a middle school but it is no excuse to be rude and toxic.)
