Ordered on the app, the lady insisted I committed a crime, and required her to show her Apple Pay recipients. I felt embarrassed throughout this experience, and will take the ten minute drive to Pinole from here on.

Their employees were nice.
However this place is beyond nasty!
I ordered a side salad and while their lettuce was fresh, all other ingredients were old mixed with new and nasty. Their onion was a mixture of fresh and old (so old it looks pickled but once I tasted a little piece it’s just so old it has been brewing in its own juice. It stinks!). Same with the cucumber, musroom, carrots, everything! The dressing trays have visibly not been washed as the dressing is so crusty around.
Then I go to get my drink and the machine is beyond DISGUSTING! Look for yourself.
Now I am hyper aware of everything and this place is just filthy and seriously a health hazard. I will be calling the local health department and providing them with all the pictures. This is not ok for anyone.

Whomever keep giving these idiots 5 stars on here must be clinically retarded. Despite ordering a Specialty Pizza with a total bill exceeding $50, I received nothing more than pizza crust and cheese. When I approached the manager on duty about the mistake, they failed to take responsibility and only offered a $5 coupon as compensation.
This location leaves much to be desired in terms of both service and accountability. In response to this experience, I am leaving this negative review on Google Reviews to reflect the poor quality of service and to caution others before they have a similar experience.
If you’re considering dining here, I strongly suggest visiting the Pinole location instead, which I’ve found to be far superior in every aspect.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. first off everybody loves round table. i door dashed pizza wings garlic twist & a soda. When my pizza showed up it was cold first & foremost. I ate a slice and didn’t realize it was undercooked. i looked at the rest of the pizza in the box and sure enough the whole pizza was undercooked. i ended up calling the manager about it and all she had to say was she would offer me a 15% off discount the next time i personally order from them. I called her back to asked for a refund after i got sick off the pizza because realistically a 15% off discount off of some undercooked pizza wasn’t going to going to cut it. she still had nothing to say or offer. told me to contact door dash about a refund but she couldn’t do anything for me. was hella rude & fake in my opinion as far as trying to solve this situation.

I went in to order a large specialty pizza with 3 twists and 2 medium drinks like the coupon says. They wouldn’t honor it and it can’t be used anywhere but SanPablo . My brother also wanted the same. Except he wanted garlic chicken and I wanted barbecue chicken/pepperoni . The barbecue/ pepperoni was trash. The dough wasn’t even cooked throughly and it was dry and gooey. Had to sit out for the dogs. Not sure how my brother liked his pizza and twist but the soda was horrible. I called Albany and ordered the barbecue chicken pizza and was satisfied. I’ll include photos.

If I could give ZERO stars I will. I ALWAYS order from Round Table! I ordered a small half King Arthur and half Pepperoni pizza and 6 mild wings. I picked my order up around 9:45pm. While, I have NEVER had a problem with Round Table before, I get home and my husband opens the box and said, “What is this?” Before I looked, I said I got half pepperoni, he said there’s no pepperoni on this pizza. I looked, and a totally different pizza with white sauce and jalepenos!! I have severe allergies to tomatos, and could not eat that sauce for I didn’t even know what it was! I tried to call the store, but they were closed. I called just a few minutes ago, and the manager today asks could I bring the pizza back, ummmmm…I’m at work! Then offered me a discount of 25% off of a pizza! We didn’t eat the other one! My husband was so disgusted, he threw it out and went and got us some In & Out Burger. Welp, that ends our Round Table Pizza Days! Mountain Mikes, here we come! 25%, that’s a slap in our faces!

I ordered this from Round Table on San Pablo for delivery. It took over an hour to get here and when it finally did, this is what it looks like. It’s cold and looks like it was made yesterday. Never again will I patronize this restaurant. $38 down the drain.

I recently just placed the order for super bowl Sunday buy one get your own free create your own pizza are specifically selected pepperoni garlic and freshly chopped onions neither was given to me instead I received a burnt cheese pizza. I immediately complained to Uber and immediately called the restaurant which was 40 minutes away the store did not want to take responsibility for not seeing my select items. He claimed he saw it but didn’t put the items on the pizza because I wasn’t charged. If a customer takes time to write personal notes about the items that they want after they selected and there’s some type of confusion the least a restaurant can do is called a customer for clarification instead I receive two personal burnt cheese pizzas!! I will never support this restaurant and also vouch for others to do the same waste of time and money!!
