Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I ordered online to go. The place was very clean, welcoming, and had a big, comfortable space. Not all Round Table locations cook their pizza the same, and this one definitely stands out. The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Garlic parma cheese bread is a must have. One of the best Round Table Pizza spots to order from…highly recommend.

Slow service, left my pizza sitting on top of the oven after it was cooked. He told me he was busy and missed it. The cooks are always talking and don’t care what happens after they pull it out of the oven. The guy responsible for bringing the food up front, wanders around or taking phone orders, or ringing people up, the other 3 or 4 cooks, not their problem And don’t buy the desserts, they’re horrible

Coming back to my hometown, this Round Table has always been a local spot we’ve “sometimes” enjoyed. Let me explain.
Round Table should have delicious pizza. However, over the years, this store has consistently had issues with super late deliveries, poorly made food, and subpar service. The lady who has been the manager there (a Latin lady) has always been very nice when issues occurred. However, it’s been YEARS, and there are still no food quality checks here.
I say this with all due respect, but she needs to do better. Perhaps paying employees a better wage will recruit more reliable staff, conducting personal checks after each dish is made, or implementing other quality checks.
It’s a hit or miss here. You might have better luck playing craps in Vegas or Tahoe. Officially, after 20 years, I have asked my family to stop going to this store. Sorry I had to put this out there for everyone to see.
Yesterday, I purchased 6 garlic twists. I don’t understand how you don’t notice they are still RAW! I didn’t think I needed to check garlic twists before leaving. I’m certain my 10-year-old cousin could have done a better job popping these into the oven and using a timer.

I went on Christmas eve I had to order from Union City because the Hayward location ran out of dough…On short notice this location picked up my order and even though they was very busy they did their best to accomendate me. One very rude gentlemen was very hostile but the young man at the counter held his composure and calmed him down was a pleasure to see such a well behaved young men keep his cool and do his best to get everyone their orders…I was very impressed with the team being so busy they did their very best to get everyone served… The pizza was delicious!

I have been a faithful customer of this round table. I ordered a pizza every week for over a decade for delivery. The pizza, staff and especially the delivery people were great. Now, they have fired their delivery drivers and hired door dash, who have apparently taken over this business. Over a week ago I ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in an hour. After an hour and a half I called again and was told it should be here soon. I called two more times and was told the same thing. After over two hours I went outside to find they had just dumped the pizza and left without ringing the doorbell or letting me know they were here. The pizza was cold and had a Bug in it and I had to throw it out. I called and told the so called manager, Alexa, who said she would talk to door dash and have them pay for it. I’m still waiting for my refund 10 days later. My transaction was with round table, not door dash and I expect my $31:66 refunded to me immediately.

We ordered a basic large pizza, but it took an hour for them to prepare it, which was quite frustrating. We even had to call them to remind them about our order. When we asked for an update, they eventually initiated the delivery through DoorDash. It’s disappointing that we had to remind them and follow up on our order, emphasizing the need for improved customer service on their end.
