Today, November 16th, around 3 pm I called to order for pickup. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold for too long, twice. While I was still on hold, I asked my wife to use her phone and order, the guy answered (did not put her on hold) so her order was placed right away. I hanged up. I found it odd, but I let it go. What I did next was to pickup my wife’s order. When I was at the Foothill, Hayward branch, I asked the guy for plates but pretended not to understand me. So I had to repeat my request for plates. Then I requested for parmesan cheese. He gave me 2 packets for an extra large pizza. When I kindly asked for more, he gave me an attitude saying he doesn’t have anymore and that he needs to order more parmesan cheese tomorrow. I felt like this guy was really being rude to me. I’m a repeat customer of Round Table and this is my first time (hopefully my last) to experience a bad service like this.

I order a large double pepperoni for my kids. I pick up my pizza burn and barely any pepperoni on it. I call CARLOS who is the manager of this pizza place here in Hayward. He said we’ll bring the pizza if you want so I can make your pizza right. He was very rude. We asked him if he can deliver the pizza because I have two small kids with Special Needs and he said no he won’t even give me the money back. Sad ☹️ make my kids so sad

This is my favorite pizza in the world. I treat myself to it when I can because the price point is high. The pizza has never been bad in quality. They just can’t seem to pay attention long enough to my order to get it right. If I pay full price for a King Arthur Supreme every single topping needs to be on it. But because there are side convos going on behind the counter or with friends/co-workers, and the woman putting my pizza together forgets toppings, I don’t get what I ordered but paid full price for. They didn’t even try to fix it. It was just too bad for me on this one. GET IT TOGETHER. You’re here because the customers are here, not the other way around. Make an effort to make me want to come back. I won’t for a while because I wasted money today. There’s another location on Redwood in Castro Valley that I’m happy to give my money to and the service is GREAT and my orders are accurate every time.

The experience was pleasant: the crust was soft and crunchy, veggies were fresh, and meat toppings were edible( properly cooked). If you eat at facility, there’s half a dozen flat screens there to occupy your attention while you’re snackin’.

So the supposed manager Carlos just answer the phone and was very rude. My order came burned and the pizza had no pepperoni on some of the slices. I took picture of it and will send them to corporate so they can see what kind of service they are sending.

Unless I get it delivered, my order is always wrong. I’m not sure how but they always get it wrong. I prefer the Round Table on Redwood and it’s only about a mile further. On the flip side I really enjoy their pizza. It’s really good pizza, it’s just always the wrong pizza. Other than that they’re about the same as any other Round Table. Decent service. Cleaned as needed, yet not spotless. They move pretty slow, but then again it is pizza made to order so maybe 40 minutes is quick? Not really sure.
